改装されて新しく美しいとは聞いていましたが、全てに渡り基調が統一されていて気持ち良く過ごせました。スタッフも送迎の方やフロント、レストランのスタッフも教育が行き届いているのか、サービスの本質も理解しており、星のやの界以来で久々に満足しました。部屋も大浴場も眺望は最高で、泊まった翌朝には待望の富士山が見え始め、カーテンも遮光でないので何故と思っていましたが、ふと目が覚めた5時前にはレースっぽいカーテンを通して富士山が見えて、その時間からベランダで30分は二人でパジャマのまま富士山を眺めました。このカーテンの理由が解りました。 本当に素晴らしい推薦できるホテルです。 また機会があったら利用したいです。ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

こちらのホテルはネットで知り、レビュー評価も高く、是非とも泊まってみたいと思い、今回初めて利用しました。部屋は洋室のベッドタイプで、バルコニー付きでしたので、外に出て目の前に広がる湖と、壮大に広がる富士山が絶景で、こんな景色を見られるホテルは初めてだったので、とても感動しました。バーやレストラン内で流れるJAZZも耳に心地よく、お料理も絶品で、全ての館内から素晴らしい景色も見られ、全ての点で満足でき、また訪れたいと思いました。 さらに表示

記念日旅行に利用し、食事もお部屋も大満足！露天風呂も利用し、スパークリングワインが付いてきて、ゆっくり浸かることができました。 夜は雰囲気のきいバーでよくゆっくりお酒を楽しめました。 食事もスタッフの方が景窓際をおすすめしてくれて、景色を楽しみながら食事を楽しめました。味も非常においしかったです！ 残念ながら生憎の天気で富士山が見えなかったので、次は天気のいい日に泊まって富士山を眺めたいなと思います。 さらに表示

お母様の誕生日で連れていて泊まりました。ホテルの中の温泉で本当にすごくいいです！初日には露天風呂から富士山を見えなくて残念だったなーって思ったところに、次の日の朝5時にお母様が「富士山が見えたよ！」って部屋から富士山を見えました。そこですぐ露天風呂に向かって、念願の温泉しながら富士山が見るヴューを叶えました！ そして晩ご飯と朝ご飯どちらでも最高に美味しかったです！！お母様も絶賛していました！ 唯一ちょっと残念なところはホテルの位置は劇的な坂の上なので、登るときにちょっと辛かったなーって思っています。老人とかに向いてないと思っています。 まだ河口湖に行くったら泊まろうと思っているホテルです！ さらに表示

This hotel is one of greatest I've ever stayed at, and I've been fortunate to have stayed at many Ritz Carltons and other high end hotels previously. Everything was exceptional here. When you arrive, you immediately enter what looks like a library, with a fun eclectic design that works in a cohesive way. No detail was missed. There's a bar and lounging/reading area with wonderful artwork and images of famous movie stars. The meals are delicious high-end foodie worthy meals that are well worth the payment. High quality French or Japanese food. I needed help to plan how to get to Kyoto and not only did they offer the best, easiest and most economical way, they also wrote the instructions in English and Japanese. Then after drop off, walked me to the window to purchase the tickets. The rooms (western style) had Japanese flair, Kimono robes, usb & plugs aplenty. And stunning views of Mt Fuji and the lake. Everything was good about this hotel. From service, amenities to nice views and quality food. However, it really depends on the weather in order to see the majestic mount fuji. We were there during the rainy days and only managed to see a portion of the mountain when the clouds cleared. さらに表示

The hotel locat at Asagawa onsen town, you can reach there by the red-line bus or hotel shuttle bus. The hotel provide a very cozy and neat environment with great view, besides their service is excellent. Not to metion their fabulous cuisine, the food looks good as well as taste good. Mizno hotel is a beautiful hotel and in the best location for views of Mount Fuji as we as easy access to restaurants and local amenities. Not a single detail was missed anywhere in the hotel. The facilities were unbelievable value for money. Our rooms were stunning and were the comfiest we stayed in throughout our whole stay in Japan. The breakfast is superb but the thing that makes this hotel so special is the staff. I have never met such accommodating, friendly and helpful staff in a hotel. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They made our experience go above and beyond every expectation we had. Before we arrived, they were easy to contact and so helpful. From advising us on routes to get to them from Tokyo, to specially preparing an alternative vegetarian menu for us, the staff were just exceptional. The barman also heard it was my dads birthday and brought over a complimentary drink! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We would of happily stayed another 5 days if we could!
