The hotel is located in the beautiful mountain. From online reviews, we arranged the pickup service from hotel. The owner is very nice man and speaks English very well. He drove us to hotel in 10 mins (from nearby station) and show us around. I traveled with my husband and his parents. The 4 people room is combined with traditional JP tatami and one queen size bed which provide the option if you are not used to tatami. I think it is a perfect family room because of size. The dinner is prepared by family which very delicious. We also tried the hot spring which is very good for the skin. I will recommend this hotel. さらに表示

Truly an amazing stay in a majestic place. The staff was so attentive and it really felt like I was a guest at a friend's home. The location is in an amazing part of Hakone-- an 8 min walk through beautiful nature until the skyline. Nothing bad I can say about this place or the people that run it. さらに表示
