The people are Morino Lodge are all really happy to be working there, and I think it's reflective of how they converse with you and treat you at the lodge. Everybody is super helpful and friendly to you. It's also really close to the Adam Gondola ski lift, so that's a real nice plus. They have a beautiful large lounge and a cafe/bar that you can just chill at anytime during your stay there. Probably the best lodge in town! さらに表示

Our 4-night stay at Morino Lodge - Hakuba was truly fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by very warm and friendly staff who took care of every need we had from breakfast in the morning, to recommendations for activities and restaurants, to rides whenever and wherever we needed to go. We immediately felt right at home and especially enjoyed hanging out in the large living room which had a big screen TV and as well as a full bar. Our kids really enjoyed playing on the Wii game system and with the other available toys. The Lodge is nestled in the woods and yet within walking distance of many assets like restaurants, fishing, hiking, and skiing. When we return to Hakuba, we will definitely stay again at Morino Lodge. We can't say enough about our great experience. Thank you, Morino Lodge staff! さらに表示
