The hotel is kinda old and little bit dirty in my room when visited. No time for us to pick for dinner and breakfast time which causes inconvenience. Food is fresh but soso relatively. Staff were nice and friendly. Onsen was surprisingly good. さらに表示

The place is a bit of a drive from Noboribetsu, and a bit old. However, the room is spacious, there is a beautiful river right near the ryokan, and the food is delicious. The family running the ryokan is the nicest, and they really care about their guests, and make sure they have the best time. I really recommend. さらに表示

Had a pleasant stay here. Food for both dinner and breakfast was top notch. Staff was extremely friendly and 1 of the lady speaks quite fluent English as well. Only thing was that it was quite far from town (15mins drive) and curfew is 9pm. If you come back later than that, you are screwed. No wifi provided as well. If you are just looking for a quiet getaway and enjoying nature, I would recommend this place. さらに表示

Very stinky and onsen is very tiny. Food wasn’t that good and also not fresh at all. Fishes were dried up when they were served. You definitely need a car or use shuttle service from the ryokan. I don’t know if it was worth the money I paid. さらに表示

You need a car to get there, it's away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Don't stay here if u need to have private shower facilities. U will need to shower openly at the onsen area. They are not flexible with their breakfast timing, u need to adhere to their timing. And the inn has a curfew of 9pm. さらに表示

The lodge is located a bit far from Noboribetsu town. The lodging area is quiet and very relaxing. Onsen bath was good. Luckily, the occupancy wasn't high and we had private onsen bath in a public area. Roads leading to this Japanese style lodge are without street lamps. It would be advisable to pack food from town for dinner during the day or order dinner from the lodge owner during booking. We had breakfast and it was good. さらに表示

Pro: Friendly Staff and able speak English, very nice outdoor onsen, provide traditional breakfast, very home style and not commercial. Con: 10min drive to downtown, not suitable for non-self drive traveller but not a problem to us. Although hotel is full house that day, we still able enjoy onsen with very less people.
