このアパートメントホテルはリゾート地の恩納村に位置し、静かでビーチにも近く、目の前にはコンビニやお洒落な居酒屋や沖縄料理店にカフェが数件あります。部屋は真新しく清掃も完璧、トイレとユニットバスはセパレートで大きな浴槽もあります。また洗濯機が各部屋に配置され浴室乾燥も付いているので長期滞在には完璧でした。 さらに表示

The reception and cleaning staff at this hotel are very nice people. They are very helpful. They work hard for low pay and do their best to help customers. But this company must change it's outdated check in and check out times to join the rest of the world. Only Japan demands customers check out at 10 am and check in at 3 pm. This is extremely inconvenient for travelers. If you want to change rooms or hotels within Mr. Kinjo, then you have to wait 5 hours before you can check in at 3 pm. The buildings are managed and operated by the same staff. I'm not blaming the staff, because they can do nothing about this. But this company must change it's policies. They are alienating most of their customers from other countries who are used to checking out at 11 am or noon (even later in China) and then checking in at 1 pm or so. さらに表示

Instead of modifying a booking, Mr. Kinjo's hostile "Reservation Center" in Naha ruined their business with me. I emailed them at 10 am. --"Hello. I have been staying at your hotels for 6 weeks. I would like to stay here in the same room at Manza Beach tonight, tomorrow and Friday night also. I already paid for a room in Rinzu Seragaki for tonight and tomorrow because the price was much lower than Manza Beach. But now the price for Manza Beach is the same or lower. Please see my photo attached to this email. Can you please help me? I don't want to move all my bags today (about 30 kilograms) and then come back to Manza Beach on Friday. I would like to stay in the same room in Manza Beach. Thank you." Their response, 5 hours later? "You must pay cancellation fees for Seragaki and purchase new bookings at Manza". Do they really expect loyal customers to pay twice? It's ridiculous. They made me walk 30 minutes with 30 kg of gear to stay with the same company. Ruined my day. さらに表示

すごく良い
It's a nice new hotel near Manza Beach, convenience stores and restaurants. I enjoyed staying there for more than a dozen nights over several weeks. The low-paid cleaning and reception staff try their best to help customers. But Mr. Kinjo's "Reservation Center" staff shouldn't be working in the hotel industry. Instead of solving simple problems (such as modifying a reservation), they prefer to fight and stonewall customers. They act like police or prison guards enforcing backward, strict and unnecessary rules that benefit nobody. Unable to speak English or Chinese, they are especially arrogant and hostile toward foreigners, even if you try speaking Japanese with them. These "Reservation Center" people ruined my time with Mr. Kinjo. Instead of thanking me for spending more than 100,000 yen, or apologizing for their hostile service, they prefer to blame the customer. I won't spend 100,000 yen with them again.
