ホテル入口から部屋の入口まで全てパスワードで入室。 ロケーションは窓の外は壁。 京都駅に近くて便利。 ただ、宿泊日の朝に荷物は預かってもらえるが、チェックアウト後は別の所で無料で預かりがある。 京都駅から近いから問題はないが、以外と時間規制がある。 スタッフ対応がぶっきらぼう。 名前を間違えられる、チェックインをして部屋のパスワードなどがメールで連絡が入ると言うが、送られてこない。 観光を済ませて、ホテルに戻って事情を話すが不審がられる態度。 またしても、名前間違えられる 結局手書きでパスワードなどもらったが、入室できず。 誤作動があったらしいが、詳細は不明。 無事入室。 部屋は明るくて広くて快適。 部屋に姿見鏡はないが、テーブルを２つの椅子があり、友達とお茶をしながら話がしやすいスペースがあるのは良かった。 設備・サービスで１点だけ 部屋着（浴衣）がないそれぐらいです さらに表示

Room is typical in size of Japan standards. But their twin room has a space for a coffee table and 3 chairs. Has TV, but no cable channel. Bathroom - tub, shower, heater, basic toiletries, hair dryer. For budget purposes, I may consider this place again. About 7 minute walk from Kyoto station. Kyoto charges accommodation tax in addition to the rate and will be charged by the front desk. さらに表示

Great Location and room. Check in was a bit tricky as it was self check in.(weird) Having a locker for cases to be used pre- check in would have been better as this makes you rethink your arrival time. I'm sure more people would arrive earlier if this was available. Overall our stay was great. さらに表示

I don’t like the girl’s attitude who worked at night on 29th & 30th of December 2019 ( the same girl), we only purchased the data only SIM card to travel in Japan so we couldn’t make any phone call. On 28th and 29th of dec 2019 we walked for over 2 hours to look for a restaurant, and they were all full. Then when we returned to the hotel on 29th of dec night time , we asked friendly to the staff ( girl ) at the Hotel to help us to make a booking for 30th of dec dinner and we had found the restaurant name and phone number. She said to us “ No such service “, without smile or any explanation for why not having such service. Ended up on 30th of dec we couldn’t find any restaurant again at night ...... However we like the staff ( male ) on 31/12/2019, too bad that was our last night at Kyoto. さらに表示

Didn't really bother to clean/tidy up your room properly. Difficult to communicate with front desk. They will throw you the phone and ask you to talk to somebody unknown. Any hidden charges unknown before you book the hotel. さらに表示

The hotel has just opened and is very new. They try to customize the check in process, from entrance access, check in at tablet and room entering by pressing the code at the door. There was a staff at the reception counter to help. The room is large enough to place the lugguges. I stay for a few nights, however they only clean your room every 3 days and I was told that they only have room cleaning service if you stay for 4 nights or more. Not really a problem since they will give you give you enough towels if you ask them at the reception counter. The hotel is in the vincinity of the train station. 設備和位置本身都十分良好，住起來很舒服。 但Check-in(約20:00)和Check-out時(約10:00)前台服務人員都不在。 雖然提供自助的方式，但使用的機器沒有做APP上鎖，有心人可以隨意查看內部資料，令人不敢置信。 已經去信通知旅館，希望這點可以做緊急的改善。 設備と位置はとてもいい、住んて心地が良い。 でもチェックイン（約20:00）とチェックアウト（約10:00）時スタッフは不在。 セルフチェックインとセルフチェックアウトの方法はあるが、そのタブレットにセキュリティ制限が一切なし。 つまり、アクセスガイドは設定されていない、内部資料が丸出し、信じられない。 ホテルにもメールを送るから、速くセキュリティ修正がほしい。 さらに表示
