駐車場の利用や部屋の説明など、丁寧に対応してくださいました。シャワーや洗面台は共用ですが、清潔感がありよかったです。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、歯ブラシ、タオルなど、必要なものは全て揃っていた上、お部屋にこたつがあったのもとても嬉しかったです！ 事前に、壁が薄いため他の部屋の話し声が聞こえることがあるというレビューを読んでいたので少し不安でしたが、よほど大声を出さない限り気にならない程度のものでした。ただ、シャワーやドライヤーの音が響いてしまうかもしれないので、夜遅くにシャワーを利用する際は気を付けた方がよさそうです。また、20時ごろにチェックインし、近辺で食事をしようと思い調べてみたところ、営業しているお店がとても少なかったので、注意が必要です！ ですが、宿泊に関しては不快に感じる点もなく、ゆったりと過ごせてとても良かったです。機会があれば是非また利用させていただきたいです。 さらに表示

Found this place for 4 people for a night in preparation for visiting Mount Fuji the next day. Facilities were very clean and the staffs were helpful in guiding us of where to eat and specific attractions to visit in the area. Only downside was the room smaller as expected, but maybe because we maxed out on the number of people for private room. Car park was also available for us, right next to accommodation. Location is next to the station, so it does appear convenient, but we drove here on a car hire, so can't comment much on that. Otherwise, would definitely restay here if I visit the area in the future! さらに表示

We booked a family room for 4, with 2 children 13 and 17. The website showed 4 futons when I was making the booking. Upon check in, the property manager only gave us 2 futons because children were not entitled to futons. Manager insisted we have to top up 6000yen for adding 2 futons. I messaged the agoda helpline and immediately they were on my case to resolve my problem. They called the property to clarify the difference in the understanding of what was perceived u would be getting from the family room booking. But in the end, they could not convince the manager the otherwise and had us top up the 6000 yen to get the 2 futons and called me to assure they would reimburse me for the 6000yen I had to top up. Within 2 days, the refund was back onto my card. Can’t say enough for agoda’s great customer support and assurance. But for the property, when u advertise for a family room with 4 futons, the room needs to be able to fit 4 futons first! N if u state 4 futons, there should be 4. さらに表示

Great Location! easy access with password on the front door. There is no staff at the hostel, but there's an office in front of the street. where you can store baggage, rent a bike or rent a car. Very clean toilets and bathrooms, although in my room the heater might be a little too small it couldn't heat up for the whole room, but the blankets are warm enough :) さらに表示

Please be sure to go to a place called “Hostel&Samurise Information” first, to check in and rent a bike. They will tell you the location of your stay (which is around there) then, give you key and password to go into a hostel. If you don’t really mind about how beautiful the room will be or onsen, I would recommend this place because it is very convenient. This hostel is opposite kawaguchiko station, where all the bus stops, train & taxi services are there. (FYI: Bus service stops at 6 pm, but after that you can call for taxi) Staffs are very nice and very helpful. They can speak English pretty well :) This hostel is like a house with 4 rooms. Shared toilet and bathroom but don’t worry, it’s very clean though ^^ they provide washing machines, hair dryers, toothbrush, towels.. well most of the thing you need. Location, and style for the place aligning with a traditional Japanese Ryokan was quite an experience that I would highly recommend for travellers. The room separed from the hallway by a sliding door was private. Tatami mats, and a low table with low seat called for a moment of meditation. One incident however: woke up in the middle of the night with what appeared to be a reaction or bites from the blanket. Once I got rid of it, things were okay. Only 5-min walk from Kawaguchiko station. Please note that the check-in counter is a container box which the ryokan is 1-min walk away from the check-in counter. (Check Google Maps carefully as there are 2 places marked as 'Samurise Hostel', I was going back and forth because I wasn't sure which one is right). The place is a traditional Ryokan, we were staying at Ume (Plum) Room but I think the room is so cold and the heater wasn't working that well. Compare to other hostel like accommodations this place far exceed expectations. It’s a cottage like feel where they have like 4 or 5 rooms that are available with 2 showers, 2 toilets and 3 sinks to share. The shared facilities are relatively new and maintained well. We rented the Japanese style family room and we enjoyed our stay after long hike on Mt.Fuji. Close to station super convenient highly recommend. They will also hold your luggage for you, 500 yen per piece of luggage worth it considering the lockers at stations seem to be always full. さらに表示
