タオル類がバスタオルひとり一枚しかなく、ハンドタオルやパジャマなど置いておいてもらえると良かったです。ネット写真の建物とは少し離れている場所に案内され、建物内は新しくキレイでそれなりに快適でしたが立地の環境は悪く小さい子供連れは敬遠したほうが良いかもしれません。格安旅行には宿泊費も安くよろしいのではないかと思います。車で行くと非常に場所がわかりづらく、メールでやりとりして頂きましたが、できれば施設と電話でやりとりできれば尚良かったです。 さらに表示

DONT GO THIS HOTEL ESPECIALLY IF YOU WILL TRAVEL WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. It's very dirty hotel. We found out a lot of rat dropping in the kitchen and bedroom. And dead cockroach on the bath tub. And we also have the broken furniture. We have all the picture for the proof. さらに表示

We were being upgraded to an apartment of 2 storey. However the stairs are quite steep and toilet is on the lower floor while the 2 rooms are on the upper floor. We have 2 adults who are above 60s. We checked with the staff and thankful luckily staff let us view and changed to the tatami room with 3 single and 1 double. Overall the stay was good. Its about 3-5mins walk to exit no.9 which is osaka's metro. The location is filled with small bars with many elderly. Its clean and neat with enough space to put 4 big luggages. さらに表示

Location is quite near the train station. If you don't mind a few minutes walk to and from the hotel it's good. The place is surrounded by shops and small pubs though in my experience it's a non issue. We were rarely at the hotel and mostly out exploring. By night time it's quiet. The rooms were clean and looked brand new. Toilet is separate from the shower, which is helpful for groups. Staff are nice and accomodating. First of all, I have to say thank you for the great hosting. Thank you Emily who take a great care of our family. This house is suitable for family, 3adults and 2children. Clean rooms with japanease beds for all of us, kitchen and enough bathrooms. home is 7mins near station, 24 hour supermarket, Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku tower. You got quick access to all major spots in Osaka even in West Japan / Kansai beyond, Kyoto, Nara are within reach from JR Osaka station, and apartment has direct line to JR Osaka from metro or using JR Loop line. The newly trendy Tennoji area with that infamous abeno-harukas skyscraper is about 10 mins walk and one station away by JR Loop line. The room provided was not the same as the room booked, no one cleans up the room, takes out the rubbish during the stay. The location is at a red light district so there are drunken men around the area all the time. Overall, would not recommend to friends. さらに表示

I have to say that I will be requesting a full refund from this place, but for anyone reading this article, hopefully the information here will be enough to allow you to reserve the room and not run into any issues, since you will know what to look out for. Basically: -they provided an incorrect address for where the lobby was located (our cab driver coincidentally knew where the place was so that's how we got there) -when we got to the lobby, no one was there and it was locked; we called and they said we should have been provided a passcode, which we were not, so we had to do that over the phone -once inside, our room key (#105) was for a room that did not exist; rooms 101-104 and a room that had formerly been 105 but had a label on top of that that read 106 had been installed. -we had to put the representative (who did not speak English - luckily, my brother speaks Japanese) on Skype so he could walk us around the neighborhood until he saw a door that he thought looked right. さらに表示

On line photo is a tad misleading - it makes it seem like a big hotel, which it isn't - it's a very small 'lobby' with various rooms on various levels. No one was there when we arrived as it was really late - past the check in time. Instructions were given, but no room number which made it a trial and error to find the correct room. Once found it was absolutely fine - not flash, just serviceable, which was fine for the two nights we were staying - 4 adult sized people. The best part was the local shopping mall - Japan seems to have 3 - 4 levels of sophistication / modernity for their malls - this was level 1 - the most characterful and non-touristy and a terrific start to our holiday. If we hadn't stayed here we would have missed the area. There's a terrific all night big-ish supermarket (Super Tamade Tengachaya) close by, which sells surprisingly great sushi and other pre-packed meals for when you arrive tired and late. No one was there when we left, so can't comment upon the staff. さらに表示
