Very disappointing for 2 nights we have no food to eat although requested from this hotel but the stuff said sorry no food unless we pre order during our booking. Also no phone number listed in the premises for us to contact earlier. Also the there is a pillar hanging from ceiling facing the bed which is not so nice to sleep nothing look like typical Japanese house except the bathroom. さらに表示

We had a wonderful welcome upon reaching the ryokan. The staffs were very hospitable. Beautiful room (although twin bed only) with a traditional cedar bath tub. The water was hot and the tub filled up fairly quickly. We truly enjoy the experience. Bathrobes, Pyjamas as well as Yukata for wearing around the hotel were provided for in multiple sizes. Very thoughtful! The 8 course Kaiseki dinner was wonderful. The Maitre-d explained the ingredient of every single dish so we had a better insight on Kyoto Cuisine. Breakfast was huge but excellent. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. There was still stain on the toilet seat. Tea and coffee service was complimentary, but we found coffee stain on the tea cups. If it wasn't for this, it would have been a perfect stay! さらに表示

The staff could not have been friendlier. The ryokan is small and is a fantastic way to experience authentic Japan. Construction is solid and everything works just perfectly. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are full of great amenities: coffee, tea, sweets, bath products, robes, pajamas, & socks. The food is outstanding and traditional. The room is amazing, beautiful cozy and seemed designed, although they don’t provide one single king bed but it shouldn’t be a matter. The atmosphere the staff is incredible, one of the best local non chain entry luxury hotel I’ve ever stayed. Some might think twice of the money so did I; but it was truly worth it, do not hesitate when booking. Also the breakfast is above average, and will give 5 outta 5 for the fish dishes. さらに表示

Paid over 450USD for a one night stay with Kiseiki dinner included. Disappointed by the quality of the kiseiki, can get better kiseiki dinner outside given the same price. Room was comfortable and staff were great. But definetly not worth the money. さらに表示

After spending a long cold day touring Kyoto this was the perfect place to unwind. A beautiful private wood tub to soak in, and a wonderful kaiseki dinner were the perfect end to a long day. The staff was super nice, and professional. The food was terrific and room was very comfortable! Yukatas also provided for the traditional experience. さらに表示

Great place to stay just within city/residential area. Newly designed boutique ryokan with great staffs and authentic kaiseki meals. It's about 10min walk from Gojo station ,exit 1. We had a 2 beds room with separated bath room , toilet & basin wash area, equipped with Loccitaine toiletries. Japanese garden with a hang-out area open for reading,chit-chat what I called a chill room in your yukata. Also, small but cozy area for a game of chess just besides the garden. Thumbs-up for the staffs that was attentive , friendly and helpful all the way. Definitely would recommend friends to come here to stay & experience ryokan & brilliant Kaiseki meals. さらに表示

We had the most wonderful stay at this little ryokan. Fabulous staff, who made you feel like you were staying at a relative's home. Very hospitable and so many little extra amenities. I can't wait to go back to Kyoto just to be able to stay here again. It is a little hard to find and taxi's also have a difficult time finding the ryokan. さらに表示

우선 위치도 교토역과 가깝기도 하고, 기요미즈데라 가는 버스를 근처에서 탈 수 있어서 좋았어요, 근처 관광지로 이동이 편리해요, 안에 정원 작게 있는데 예뻐요. 방도 넓고 깨끗하고, 안에 나무로 돼있는 욕조있는데 나무 향이 좋아요, 정원 보이는 방이라 했는데 창문 넓게 통 유리로 되있는데 가림막 있어서 정원 안보여요. 저녁 가이세키요리 신청했는데...별루,..... 생각했던 것 보다 별루예요... 이것때문에 간것도 있는데... 뭔가 생각했던 것 보다 별루였어요.. 사촌언니는 후쿠오카료칸서 가이세키요리 엄청 맛있었다 했는데.. 와규가 막 입에서 녹았다고 했는데.. 여긴 그런거 안나오네요...ㅠ.ㅠ 다시 가면 여기 묵을거냐 묻는다면,,,, 저는 거냥 호텔 갈래요.... さらに表示
