すごく良い
このエリア、美味しいご飯屋さんが近くにないのが難点。毎晩ご飯に困った。。。 とにかくご飯屋さんが少なくて、どこも閉まるのが早い。その点ではコンビニが近いこと、シャトルバスがあることが本当に救いでした！またニセコに来ることがあればここに泊まります！ さらに表示

We went to Niseko because we were just curious. We wanted to experience summer in a cold country. Even after reading up on the place, we had a very sketchy appreciation of where the most strategic place to stay. Maps just begin to make sense only after you've settled in and realize where North or West actually is... Here's our imperfect guide. Niseko is part of a greater area that includes (in order of train station if arriving from Sapporo and Otaru ): Kutchan/Hirafu/Niseko. Use this as the 3 major reference points. Kutchan station is the starting point of buses that will cover all three areas. Hirafu and Niseko are far from the town centers particularly Hirafu station which is in the middle of nowhere. The scheduled buses in Kutchan have pick-up and drop off points to the most popular places including Hirafu/Grand Hirafu/Welcome Center/Niseko Village.... Reception was friendly and welcoming. Transport was provided to various points around Niseko. Carpark available in front of resort. 7-11 available opposite of resort. Room not soundproof. Do try the soba restaurant beside ecolodge. Best soba and tamago! Resort's Breakfast was acceptable however choices limited. Overall, stay was nice and acceptable. さらに表示

The hostel was super clean and the breakfast was good. Only complaint is the temperature in the shower is very hard to adjust. It's either really hot or really cold! Location is a bit further away from city center. There's a free shuttle but it ends a bit too early - 4pm. さらに表示

The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the windows open up. The lounge area is brilliant for meeting others. There is a free shuttle into Hirafu. さらに表示

Everything is clean and neat. There’s a cafe at the G/F where you can have breakfast/ lunch and dinner. Located right at the paid bus stop and the hotel provides free shuttle bus running from the hotel to the ski area from 8am to 4pm. Hair dryer available at the check in counter with a deposit. the room is bright, size is enough for 2 people, remeber to bring hair dryer. staffs were nice and helpful. we stayed at many japanese hotels that didnt change towels and clean rooms every day. to be honest, i dont do that at my own house so it wasnt a problem to me. it would be better if guests respect the recycling policy and did it properly. さらに表示

Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. They provided free transfers to the railway station. Breakfast was simple but delightful, especially considering the more affordable pricing it has in the niseko area. The only thing is that there is no lift so if you have alot of luggage, request for room on the ground level albeit their highest storey is 2nd. Room is clean and comfortable. Location is about 20 minutes walk from the ski area but they are frequent free shuttle service by the hotel up to 4pm. Otherwise the local bus stop is just in front of the hotel. 7E is also opposite the hotel. Great economy package considering the price we paid. Did not have any issues commuting. さらに表示

Friendly and helpful staff, I believe two of them are Singaporeans based on the accent. The hotel provides free shuttle bus service to and fro various locations in Grand Hirafu, which I really appreciate because it only takes 5 minutes to reach Grand Hirafu Gondola base whereas if you take the public paid shuttle bus, it goes on a loop route and takes almost a freaking 20 minutes or so. Breakfast is awesome! Healthy with a reasonable amount of options. We stayed in a double room with private toilet and bathroom. All is good and clean except that there's no hairdryer in the bathroom, I had to get it from the counter. さらに表示

New and clean hotel. They provide free pickup service for guest from Kutchan station as well as free shuttle to the Hirafu Welcome Center. The staffs are very helpful and speak excellent English. Not to forget, 7-11 is just opposite the hotel. Highly recommended for foreigners who want to spend a few days in Niseko but unwilling to spend too much on accomodation (especially during peak season). さらに表示

Staffs are so nice. The location is quite far away from the JR station and there's no shuttle bus service. So if you arrive late, you will need to take taxi. Breakfast is quite simple. More vegetarian choices would be nice. Super clean, and staffs are super nice. さらに表示

Staff were friendly & helpfull. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. There was a good selection for evening meals & the price was cheap too. The room was clean & was a resonable size & had storage space. If you have very large cases you might struggle. The temperature in the room was just right (most places are too hot). The free shuttlebus was realy useful but finishes by 16:10 (this was in winter I don't know if they run later in summer). The guest kitchens were useful & but you have to supply your own cutlery (I forgot to bring mine & had to buy some plastic spoons at secomart in the center of town). Some information on where to go for onsens would be useful to have on the information board. さらに表示

The hotel is clean and tidy. I would also recommand to order the breakfast as well since their food are quite good. I would like to mention two things. First, there is no hair dryer in the room or toilet. Second, the hotel location is not very close to the main town so i only give 4 stars for the location. But they got shuttle bus to the ski resort and the town, you could also call taxi to the town, the price is less than 1000yen. Apart from these two things, the overall experience is very good as the facility condition is very good, rooms are very clean and tidy, and the staffs are also nice and helpful. さらに表示

30 mins walk from central Niseko grand Hirafu area. There is free shuttle bus in town running until 8:30pm however it’s 5 mins walk to the hotel. The hotel also supply free shuttle which they run to the grand Hirafu ski field. The staff are very friendly and helpful. To anyone who want to book this place, you just want to be wary of the location that’s all. Hotel was little expensive however I think that’s just Niseko. さらに表示
