平日に休みを取り苗場プリンスホテルに宿泊することができました。 昔は高価で宿泊など考えられませんでしたが、今は平日はかなり安くなっているので 極楽スキーを楽しみました。 寂れた感じはいなめませんが、それでも苗場プリンスですから、、 さらに表示

スキー場併設ホテルとして、館内のレイアウト、カート、ロッカーなど気配りが行き届いています。 スタッフの対応も良く、融通を利かせて臨機応変の対応をいただきました。 ゲレンデ下部に人が多く、人口密度の高さがあり、一方、ハイスピードで滑走している方が多いため、少し危険です。 小5の息子も大人に突っ込まれ、吹っ飛ばされてしまいました。 ゲレンデ下部の速度を制限するような工夫も必要かもしれません。 さらに表示

何も悪くはないけれど、ときめきがなくなった。普通のビジネスホテルと変わらない。ゲレンデは近いけど雪がなくては魅力半減。値段も高め。建物内で色々と完結できるのは便利で良い。リニューアルを期待したいところ さらに表示

・15時過ぎにチェックしてツインの部屋に入ったらトイレ・バスルームの掃除が中途で放置されていた。具体的にはトイレットペーパが装着されずに洗面台に乗ったまま。バスタオル類が大きなビニル袋に入れて床に置かれていた。入室後数十分したら掛かりの女性が数人やってきて掃除の続きをしだした。部屋内の掃除が済んでいたかどうかは不明。入室してからずっとくしゃみ、鼻水が出るようになってしまってハウスダストの可能性を感じた。 ・部屋の浴槽は使わなかったがフロアマットがビショビショになって靴下まで染み込んで不快だった。よく見ると洗面台の下部から水が漏れてきていた。 さらに表示

とても大きいホテルでゲレンデ直行なのは便利でしたが、とにかく広くて移動が大変！キッズスペースまで、お風呂まで、レストランまで、スキーロッカーまで、とにかく歩く！！2歳の子供が寝てしまい、お昼寝場所を探してキッズスペースに行こうとしましたが抱っこして移動できる距離ではなく、ロビー？で過ごしとても辛かった。 さらに表示

グループでスキーに行きました。ゲレンデ前でとても楽です。ホテルにはコンビニからレストランまで何でもそろっています。外国人のスタッフもいて外国の方には重宝します。車の雪かきも手伝ってくれてとても助かりました。繁栄期のレストランの待ち時間だけは2時間とかもあり何とか改善してほしいです。レストランメニューは以前より改善されていてとてもよかったと思います。 さらに表示

Stayed a night just when ski season ended, very cheap for a night. I had dust allergies soon after I fell asleep. Lack of information to inform us everything was closed. Nothing around the hotel. Staff didn't speak much when check in. Dinner was expensive but we had to eat there since there was nothing around the hotel and everything was closed. さらに表示

We stayed in building number 4, our window is facing the mountain and can see kids playing snowboard... In the hotel got everything, mini market, restaurant even some skiing equipment shop. Naeba price hotel is located at the mountain. Hotel is huge resort type. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are efficient and friendly. Snowboard rental, hot springs, restaurant and foodcourt are all available at the hotel. Frequent hotel shuttle to the nearest bullet train station. Great place for a quick snowboarding trip. さらに表示

We booked weekday stay as during ski season the weekend rates were exhorbitant for a run down 5* hotel. 35 mins by hotel shuttle from echigo yuzawa station. Good luck if you ever miss the last shuttle. Upon arrival, we were amassed by the size of resort, it does looks great from the outside bustling with service staff on the front desk. Tad disappointed with the room as even though it is clean and well kept, the design is very dated. Feels like out of the early 80s. We were expecting a decent bath room size given we were not in a city area, however bathroom was small. We were told by concierge the hotel houses more than 15 restaurants but at 7:30pm, and walking from Blk 3 - 6, none of the restaurants we had wanted to go was opened. Walked all the way to the furthest building to search for this ramen shop, and was greeted with a very dark alley which led to an unoccupied hotel building with no lights along the corridoor. It was a freaky experience. Couldn’t hotel kept the lights on even if they didnt put guests in that building? Ended up we walked back to Blk 2-3, and found the only restaurant,cheapest meal was 2500 yen. We paid 6600 yen with taxes for 2 pax meal. Extremely pricey and food was not good on japanese standards. I’m puzzled on how the hotel manage to get many decent reviews but for sure am not satisfied with the f&b options. Convenience store and vending machines littered around the hotel sells small bottled water for 200yen! さらに表示

A little pricey but look for discounted nights (like weekdays or off-peak season). Awesome hotel with everything you need for a snow trip whether solo or with a group and whether you have all your snow gears or you need to rent them. The Prince Hotel is the best place to stay if you are out there to ski at Naeba. However, it is only said because of its prime location at the bottom of the ski slopes. Otherwise, as a hotel experience, do not expect too much. The buildings and facilities are old and they look so too. There is congestion at checkin, checkout, breakfast, etc, especially on the weekends. The food quality, excepting breakfast, is low and far too expensive for what you get.
