一泊で予約した離れのようなお部屋は、受付からお部屋へ入るアプローチに小径があり、景観も素晴らしく、まず感激。 お部屋の中では、設備、備品も最新のもので揃えられ、驚くとともに大変満足し、これにも感激。 お部屋のプレゼントもこれでもかというくらい付いており、それぞれにセンスが感じられて、これまた感激。 チェックイン、チェックアウトをしていただいた台湾から来られている受付の方も対応、言葉遣いに丁寧さが感じられ、他にもいろいろとありましたが、主に上述のようなおもてなしに、感激、感激の嵐でした。 とても楽しく嵐山の旅を満喫することができました。 本当にありがとうございました。 さらに表示

Excellent service from hotel staffs, especially a helpful short hair lady who speaks very good english whom has guided us various tourism spots as well as how to get there. Hotel location is very near to Saga Arashiyama station (2 mins walk). Room was spacious and clean. Surprisingly, there is a coffee machine in the room with 4 complimentary coffee daily. さらに表示

Small little cozy hotel within 5 mins walk from JR Saga-Arishiyama station, well designed and peaceful. Staff greets well and speaks good English! King Sized Bed with a lot of space and balcony, everything is well cleaned, displayed just like what I see from photos on Agoda! Breakfast was delivered on time and it is a big sandwich breakfast :) Not to mention, shower room is amazing! And very nice to have small welcome gift form the hotel! さらに表示

The hotel is close to Saga Arashiyama station. It is a bit further away from Kyoto but you can get around with the daily bus pass and Google Maps for the timetable. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We wished we had a laundry machine but found a laundry shop nearby. さらに表示

We couldn’t be satisfied with our experience stayed in this hotel. The prepared a gift and all the facilities shown their consideration for customers wishes. Big shower and bathtub, high-end espresso machine, and the tea pot set is my faviorte one. I definitely will recommend this hotel to friends who wish to visit Kyoto Arashiyama. さらに表示

Beautiful boutique hotel, extremely comfortable bed and awesome washroom. Good location, walking distance to main attractions and very close to the train station. Excellent staff. Would stay again no questions asked. They even gave a few gifts which adds to the value... a traditional coin purse and a soft of traditional clothes that can be tied into a sort of makeshift bag. さらに表示

I had amazing time at this property and the room was ridiculously huge for a Japanese hotel. During my 2-weeks vacation, I've stayed at many hotels that are well above the price range of this property but most were not at the same level of quality and comfort. Everything about this hotel was great, including the helpful staff. The next time i visit Arashiyama, i plan to stay longer at this property! さらに表示

In the backside of saga-arashiyama station so most tourists don't go there. Biggest hotel room I have been even bigger than 5-star hotels. Breakfast was delivery right at the time I requested, with fresh ingredients. They kept my bicycle overnight without problems. I will recommend 100% さらに表示

We changed plans last-minute and added an extra night in Kyoto. We found this cozy boutique hotel in a quieter neighborhood but just 5-10 minutes' walk from the main Arashiyama sights. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, even for the famously gracious Japanese. The hotel was built in July 2018 and was immaculate, the rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the bed was the most comfortable we found among five hotels on our trip. Just 2 blocks from the nearest metro stop it's a hidden gem for the Arashiyama area! さらに表示

Brilliant location very close to the station on the quieter side of town. Exquisitely designed and finished in contemporary Japanese style. Best bed we have ever slept on. We had the rear garden room which was very quiet and private. Staff were absolutely delightful, warm and incredibly helpful. Fantastic French/Japanese fusion restaurant right next door and other little local dining haunts close by, laundromat and gourmet supermarket 150m away. A true boutique hotel experience which we recommend in a heartbeat. And make sure you buy bread or pastries from the fabulous Marché while you are in town. さらに表示
