The space is just enough for us 3. There’s a kitchen with utensils, and a fridge. It’s a couple of blocks from Dotonbori and the train station. Will definitely book this place again on my next stay to Osaka. さらに表示

We chose to stay at this property for its LOCATION. A few blocks away and you are already at Namba Parks mall, which has the Namba Nankai Line on top of it. Also, it is very near to Denden town, Dotonbori and Don Quijote. Facilities wise, it is just ok. Don’t expect too much since the building is quite old. The only thing we did is to sleep and rest at the property so it is already a steal for its price. Be warned though, the comfort room is pretty small. If you are 6 feet and above, you could have problems taking a shower. The property manager is quite responsive when it comes to queries so that is a plus. Overall, it’s a bang for your buck if you wanted to stay near major locations in Namba. さらに表示

Sorry i had to say it. Im traveling in a group of 4 with big luggages. There is no elevator.. my room was on 3rd floor so we had to carry it upstairs. Not possible to store your baggage cause its an apartment with self check in and check out. No curtain in the bathroom, when i showered it splashed away and i think either the bathtub or the sink is leaking. After every shower there would be a puddle in the bathroom さらに表示

LOCATION is at the heart of Osaka and very strategic: walking distance to Namba station, Namba Parks, Don Quijote, Dotonbori, and other landmarks in Osaka. Very near to restaurants, shops and game centers. A few miles away to Umeda and USJ and a several bus and train rides to Nara and Kyoto. ROOM is a studio-type and enough for 4 people. Dining table and floor foam are on the same space beside the kitchen & sink but we were able to put the table beside the kitchen so we won't have to remove the foam. Just make sure not to spill anything or else it will get into the foam. Quite enough space in front of beds for luggage (4 medium-size). Window cant be locked but we were safe during our stay. Door requires security code. Aircon is working. Wifi has good signal. Bathroom is small but has all amenities needed (hot/cold shower, soap, shampoo). With 4 bath and face towels. Overall, it's good enough because of its proximity to several key locations in Osaka but don't expect too much. さらに表示

Its pleasant stay at this apartment. near to Namba station , Takashimaya and shoping area. But theres no lift.I dont mind walk furthur steps to burn more calories after consumed lots delicious food. But the Check out time is 10am! theres simple cooking utensils provided. Sure will come back again Osaka and stay here.Hope can extend C/out time. さらに表示

Stay at namba station residence apartment for 2N, building and inside room furniture is old. Self check in manual is cleared. 4 of us stay inside a studio apartment consider cheap USD 170 including cleaning fee for 2N. さらに表示

Awesome place for Osaka! The room was very clean and organized. I didn't interact with the staff but they left clean and concise directions on how to check-in/out, location, and other helpful things. The location is right next to Osaka-Namba station and also very close to Dotonbori. No complaints what so ever. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. さらに表示

I stay at room 203. Room totally not same with the photos - the photos really white and clean while the rooms we get, door is dirty, pantry and cupboard get yellow/brown color which is look dirty / not clean. Rooms have smoke smell very much, bathroom smelly and dont have curtain in the bath tub, so water spreading everywhere and floor become wet. When we turn on AC also very bad smell (smoke smell out from the AC) I think the persons stay before me smoking in the room. さらに表示

pros: v close to nankai rail station for kansai airport limited express train. cons: badly maintained. the switch at maindoor which controls the light to the apartment is missing its plastic cover. bare wires are exposed! v dangerous! esp when u open the ftont door n reach for it in the dark as u enter thro the thresholdfee portable wifi provided was useless: it cant hold any charge n is alwsys low batt or dropping its signal. microwave top was covered with a pc of foam that was melted n stuck onto it. couldnt sleep the whole nite: noisy restaurant directly opposite and after midnite there were still screeching noises made by large carts being pushed around. loud noises made by garbage truck in wee hours of the morn さらに表示

I was a bit worried about the cleanliness of the room based on the reviews I have read but when we got to the apartment, the room was clean as well as the t&b. It is a few steps away from Namba making it very convenient to travel by train. Den Den Town, Dotonbori and Shinsaibaishi are also a few minutes walk away. さらに表示

There was no staff to assist us. We were just emailed got to get the keys. We felt itchy as we stepped in the room as it was filthy dusty and smelly! I am not exaggerating. We reported this to the contact person via email. Sent them 8 emails but no assistance came! Agoda should not even be recommending this place! I booked 3 diff hot3ls with Agoda for this Japan trip Hotel Wing in Nagoya and Smile in Kyoto. But this one in Osaka should bot even be advertised! I have a photo of the flooded CR floor. さらに表示
