新世界が近かったが、それとつながるアーケード以外は真っ暗。 朝早く、夜遅くの毎日だったので取りあえず寝るだけであれば良いのでは？ ちなみに、宿泊期間中日本人のスタッフにも御客にも1人も会いませんでした。 さらに表示

clean room, good location, free wifi, working elevator. if you have a lot of electronic gadgets beware, there are only a couple of outlets and we had to unplug the TV (which we didn't watch anyway). make sure you bring chargers that have multiple ports. Location wise it's awesom. 2 blocks from 惠美須町 metro station, 10 minutes walk from 新今宮 station for the nankai train to the airport. 15 minutes walk from Namba, very convenient! Friendly staff. Great hotel if you are budget oriented. breakfast not free, but there are 7-11 and family mart near by for coffee and quick bites. no big deal. oh, and there is a police station right by the metro station, so it's pretty safe there. it's also very close to 通天閣, and there are some couple of hot spring/spa and 24 hours restaurants if you are up for some late night food/drinks. さらに表示

I have to say this was the best room we stayed in during our 12 days Japan trip. I got a great deal on agoda for a 5 day stay with naniwa, I wasn't expecting much, all I needed was a private room for us. I was surprised that the room was big and spacious by Japan standard and even more happy when I noticed that the hotel was right beside shinseikan/ new world. It was so easy to get good food and short walking distance to train station and the nearby shinseikan tower. Had so much good food when I was there. It was the best 5 day in Japan on this trip. さらに表示

All are very good for us. The room is clean and comfortable. All staffs are friendly and willing to help us and can speak English. They willing to receive and return wheelchair to the rental company in Osaka on behalf of us. The hotel is near Ebisucho Station, but cannot walk to Glico signed and shopping center (Namba, Dontonbori, Shinsaibashi). Breakfast is simple, but delicious and value only 100yen. さらに表示

For large luggage, you need to climb a stairs up to counter then only you can use a lift so if got large luggage, this is a bit problem. さらに表示

Pros: 1) good location, near to subway & eateries 2) staff is very polite 3) breakfast is simple & cheap (100yen per pax) 4) room is small, but very decent, clean & neat 5) new sets of towels given daily even though we opt for no room cleaning. Cons: 1) Pillow too flat for sleeping 2) TV channels limited, and only in Japanese Overall: a very good experience to stay in this hotel. さらに表示

Location is good - a short walk to all the commercial areas i.e. Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi etc. Ebisucho train station is just a 3min walk away. However the area is really quiet at night and reception is only until 2am. The reception staff is really very helpful and goes the extra mile to assist and this is a big plus. If you want to be near shopping areas or major train stations, there are similarly-priced hotels in areas like Umeda, Shinsaibashi and Namba . A week before coming to Naniwa Shinsekaimae, I stayed in a Umeda hotel (walking distance to shops, newer, better facilities) - it's in a much better location, more comfortable and only cost 1,000 Yen more per night. さらに表示

I wanted to call the attention of the Management of Hotel Naniwa that your Chinese-speaking Lady Receptionist was very rude. She insists on me booking for a 3rd room for my young children saying only 2 are allowed in the room. The room price is not worth it for the location, facilities and service you'll get for this hotel. So I ended up getting the 3rd room booked on a nearby hotel which has a price way lower than they offer and who allows my young boys with me. I'm not sure if this is the reason why this lady receptionist was so mad at me. When I came in breakfast at 9:20am she told me in a loud voice that breakfast is over even when there are other people taking up their meal. I told her that hotel policy says last entry is 9:20 and I still have 10 mins to get my food. When she heard that I know the policy, she started banging the plates and angrily fixes the utensils and dishes with loud banging noises. This and other rude way of treating customers. This hotel is not worth the value of your money. I wonder why they get good ratings in location, service, facilities and staff. I could only give few stars for cleanliness. さらに表示

Room is clean. Hotel provides simple breakfast at ¥100 per person which is cheap. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good. 2 mins walk from subway (exit 2 from Ebisucho station). 15 mins walk to Namba station. さらに表示

The twin room is small that can bearly fit two beds, but well equipped. No so much noiise at night. Hosts are friendly. The location is excellent that just a quarter minutes work to Dotonbori. Along the walk you will find many electronic shops as well as books. さらに表示

I was kinda disappointed when I saw how small the room was. Nothing inside. No facilities. The hotel is near the subway but far from the establishments. The receptionist was really helpful. He can communicate in english well. さらに表示

We stayed fo 2 night. Though it is not located at the downtown largest shopping area but it is just few stations away. Also, it is so closed to a famous sightseeing, Tsuutenkaku, and its shopping and eating area. The staffs of hotel is very friendly and helpful. The size of the Twin Room is satisfactory and very clean.. Just few areas for improvement in the room: luggage rack, two more cups for teeth brushing, hanger for face tower. That will be perfect if they are able to improve it. However, we do recommend this hotel to my friends and other visitors to Osaka. Lastly, Just remind that Ebisucho Metro Station Exit 2 is the nearest exit to this hotel. If you bring large luggage with u, then take Exit 3 because there is elevator and just cross the road is o.k. さらに表示
