プールがあって、ブュッフェがあって、温泉が良くって、釣りが出来て(近場で)、卓球が出来て… という事で何回か宿泊しているので、概ね満足しているが、もし改善の余地があれば、参考まで サウナの終わり時間が22時なのが、早過ぎて残念 寝られるタイプのジャグジーの3台のうち2台が、噴出しない箇所があった 人数分のバスタオルとフェイスタオルはあったが、洗面台にかける分のタオルも欲しかった 禁煙ルームを希望したつもりだったが… 部屋に入ったらすごくタバコ臭くて、テーブルには灰皿も置いてあった 卓球のラケットのメンテナンスをもう少しして欲しいのと、できればシェイクを増やして欲しい さらに表示

アゴダでリーズナブルなプランを見つけて初めてナスパに泊まりました。ツインルームにエクストラベッド（ソファーベッド）を入れての家族3名の宿泊でしたので、狭いお部屋をイメージしておりましたが、ガーデンタワーのとても広いお部屋でした。クローゼットルームもとても広く、スーツケース２つ、ボストンバッグ２つ、余裕で荷造りするスペースがありました。メインのバスルームの他に、シャワールーム、洗面台もとても広かったです。ホテルの無料シャトルが越後湯沢駅間を頻繁に行き来しているので食事、買い物にも困りません。是非また泊まりたいホテルです。 さらに表示

Great location in Naspa ski resort with complimentary shuttle service to/from echigoyuzawa station. Facilities and services are great, Public bath so relaxing. Rooms with breathtaking view and cleanliness. One more great thing, JUNG the concierge/bell is amazing hospitality!! I wish we could stay longer since our trip are tight schedule this time. Pros Facilities and rooms are clean and updated. Staff are helpful and friendly. Frequent shuttle buses between hotel, train station and ski areas. Con Buffet breakfast and dinner are not value of money. Choices are limited and cold. さらに表示

Stayed here for a few nights for a short getaway ski trip from Tokyo. Located right on the NASPA mountain ski slopes - skiers only, no snowboarding allowed which is quite unique. However, as an intermediate-advanced skier you will prob. get bored skiing at NASPA so we moved to other areas - Kagura (15 mins away) was a gem and highly recommended to avoid the crowds. Back to the hotel. Free parking if you have a car. Large and crowded but mostly with locals from all parts of Japan. Great large rooms (we had a big Japanese-style tatami room; so I didn't get to see the Western rooms). Breakfast and dinner were as the other reviewers - the first night is great since it's a big buffet and it's all new. Both good quality Japanese & Western cuisine. However, the second night and onwards it's pretty much the same food and can get boring quite quickly. Check out other food options inside the JR Echigo-Yuzawa station. I was disappointed that the check-out time was 10am. I needed to extend to 12noon and was charged 7,800 Yen extra. I was also disappointed that they did not give me a refund for the ski lift tickets I purchased which I wasn't able to use. Food options were limited. さらに表示

The only restaurant dinners in the hotel are minimum 6100 yen per person, which makes it impossible to stay in the hotel for dinners throughout the ski trip. Instead, taking the shuttle to the train station area for dinner usually allows for dinners about one third to half that price. Furthermore, the gym is not free to use and is about 1100 yen per entry if i remember correctly, which does bother me a fair bit. With that said, the hotel is in quite a great location with good service and spacious rooms さらに表示

The unit was spacious for the 5 of us in 2 bedrooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our requests. We had fun in the snow as the ski slopes are just behind the resort. Best hotel stay I had for a long time. さらに表示

We enjoy our stay in naspa - we have a large 2 bedroom flat with gorgeous mountain view, the onsen is good size and a very comfy rest after the ski. Good facilities for sking and there are sufficient support for first timer, with ski school attached with hotel / and full ski kit available for rent. There is a “Pingu ski garden” for kids also and my kids have lots of fun there. Mind the shuttle bus as it does not necessary meet the train schedule (especially the last train). As Naspa is away from yuzawa town and there are no restaurant nearby, It has become a practical concern for us as we just got a room-only deal at the time. さらに表示

We stay for 1 night, the room is quite big, But the only problem is air conditioning is not working well. We can not adjust the level, makes us sweat and feeling hot.. bad night さらに表示
