昔ながらの旅館。設備は古いが掃除がきちんとされているので問題なし。 部屋名が番号ではなく、名前（例：白鳳など）なので、ちょっと覚えにくくて外出して戻ってきたときなど多少戸惑った。 Agodaで予約したため、最初外国人と思われスタッフの方に英語（カタコドでしたが）で館内の説明をされそうになったので、外国の方には利用しやすいのでは、と思います。 さらに表示

予約時点で確認しなかったのが良くなかったですが、宿泊料に夜の食事が付いていないことにチェックイン時に気づきました。 お昼にお世話になりますと電話も入れたのでその時点で確認して下さっていたならなぁと思いました。 お願いしてすぐに食事が出来るお店を手配して頂きました。 坂の勾配がきつい場所にお宿があったので送迎をして頂けたのは有り難かったです。 高齢の母と宿泊したのですが、館内にはエレベーターが使えないお部屋が多く階段の昇降が辛そうでしたので、高齢者の方の宿泊には向いていないかもしれません。 ですが、お庭からの景色や露天風呂などは大自然に囲まれてとてもすがすがしい気分でした。 夜、クーラーで冷えたのか足が攣ってしまい眠れず辛かったのでこっそり大浴場に足を浸けに行きましたところ、警備のおじさんに驚かれ理由を話すと、ゆっくり使わせて下さいました。 その間その方は脱衣所をお掃除されていていました。 もう大丈夫ですか？治って良かったですねと言って下さり、優しいお気持ちに感謝しています。 寝静まった夜に優しい心配りをして下さった事が私には一番の思い出です。 さらに表示

Staffs are very friendly and thoughtful. Facility is a bit old as a part of transitional inn. Room is spacious with a garden view. It will be beautiful when maple is red. Spa is also enjoying. Location is half way up hill a bit physical exercise if walk from station with luggage. However you can call reception, they will send van to pick you up. さらに表示

Convenient location for a short stay in Arima. The rooms were of good size and we enjoyed the in room dinner but the breakfast was served in a main hall. I had easy communication with the hotel staff before the trip as we needed help to arrange a birthday cake and to add on Kobe beef to our dinner package (extra costs) but when we were there, the reception staff were not very helpful or maybe we had much better experiences in other onsen hotels in Japan so we have a different expectation. Free onsite parking. Onsen was OK and we were not informed on the closing time of the onsen so we missed out the chance to try the other onsen the next morning. さらに表示

It's conveniently located about 100 m away and uphill from the Arimaonsen station. One of the two onsens is outdoor, with nice view. The breakfast was disappointing - expensive for the small and uninteresting spread. さらに表示

The staffs were all kind and facilities were good. (Outside spa would be one of my unforgettable memories.) But I found an array of ants in my room. They seemed to go away after applying pesticide, but next morning they appeared again. Except the problem of hygiene, it was good, especially considering its price. さらに表示

Superb food. Dinner is good and in comparison, breakfast is just ordinary. Free shuttle service available. I did not realised it and ended up with walking up the slope with a big luggage. However, this may not be a hotel for those who hates stairs like I. My room was on the top floor with no direct lift access and I have to walk up and down the stairs whenever I am going to the lobby for WiFi and for onsen. WiFi is only available in the lobby waiting area cum pub. I have to bear with the cigarettes smell while using the WiFi. The WiFi is unstable too. You have to vacate the place after 11:30pm. There is no shower facility in the room and all bathing has to be done in the onsen area. The staff are very attentive and friendly. さらに表示

It was our first time with Onsen experience in Japan. Although the hotel is not branch new, service was great and we were enjoy the onsen with two different scene. Traveling to hotel is conveient and it is a walk distance from Arima train station to the hotel. Dinner in bedroom was also impressive with variety of food and warm service from hotel staff. さらに表示

Staffs are very helpful and friendly, just apart from central area about 3 minutes walk, dinner and breakfast are wonderful , room is clean and quiet .onsen with indoor and outdoor ,not many people, I went there 3 times,just 1 or 2 person around. The meals are okay for standard room rate, nothing spectacular just the usual courses. Western room has a nice view and beds are comfortable. Outside public area needs renovation as carpets are old and walls look rundown particularly on the rates they charge. Onsen area is okay. A good stay but once is enough. さらに表示
