受付が気の強い女性でした！外観は洋風なのか、和風なのか、外国人向けの宿泊施設でした。中はあまり綺麗な印象を持ちませんでした。部屋も同様です。 さらに表示

Loved the location, however the hot water took a really long time to heat up. Water pressure was pretty bad too. Room was not bad, but nothing spectacular either. The wifi in the lobby was not working that day unfortunately. さらに表示

It's an old-fashioned Japanese business hotel. The new building and old building are back-to-back and internally connected together. Maybe perhaps it's low season, before check-in time 1400 and in the late night after 2300, the front desk of the new building is close and I need to walk to the back of the alley to the old building front desk for check-in or claim my room key. But it's near the subway and Kyoto station and some big shopping malls in Kyoto, and easy to travel to Nara. さらに表示

The room was large and spacious. Added with the great loaction - only 5 minute walk to the Kyoto station makes this a good choice. Only thing I didn't like is the Looooooong time it took to get the hot shower going and it was frustrating especially in the winter season! さらに表示

Very good experience. The hotel is very close to JR station where you can easily choose railway or bus to any sites in the city. The hotel's facility is soso,public bath is a plus. さらに表示

not all the front desk staff can speak english., location is near kyoto station, but takes 15 mins walk.there are more hotel which are closer to the station . one thing good about this hotel is it is just few step beside a 7-11 store, but the interior of hotel is very budget. example, the toilet is make of plastic, makes me feel like it is portable toliet at construction site さらに表示

it's old small building not far from kyoto station. we didn't expected too much from it because out look. but which overall we think it's still very nice comfort hotel to stay in kyoto. nice clean room and really friendly services. they got really huge traditional public bathroom which you can use. that's something you may like to try out i think. too bad they haven't got any internet access in the room. other then that i think it's pretty nice place to stay. さらに表示

I booked a single room but it was token by the people who checked-in ahead of me. So I was arranged with a double room but without internet access. This caused me a great inconvenient since I was on a business trip. After talked to the staffs with the situation, they were able to arrange me to an executed double room without extra changes.
