部屋感動するくらい綺麗で満足。一方で阪神高速が近く、夜中でも車の音が気になったのと、他の部屋からベッドを引きずるような音が気になり、その点は気になりました。 さらに表示

Excellent value for money hotel for those with basic requirements. Good for those with a tight budget but do not want to be in a hostel. Very clean room. Only thing is the room locks and handle are super difficult to use and the group of us took ages to get used to opening and closing our main doors. Was shocked to know that change of towels need additional charge. No cleaning of room service until after end of stay. さらに表示

Shocked that “Hotel” do not provide daily cleaning services and no change of bath towels and etc. Stayed 4 nights and we have to reuse the towels. And no change of bath mats etc.. very pathetic. Guests have to do their cleaning using the vacuum and washing machine. As room was so dusty, we have to practically clean and vacuum every day, toilet air vent and the sewage was filled with dust and waste from many past hotel guests. I wondered if any proper cleaning was done prior for check in. Given a bloody pillow on the check in day and one of the female hotel staff was not convinced to even exchange a new one. Dont book your stay here especially if you’re a family. They dont give extra towels, pillows, tissues and all. You have to buy it yourself. This is a DIY hotel. We stayed for 8days and we need to clean our room all by ourselves! Dont stay here if you want a comfortable trip in Osaka. さらに表示

Pros - cheap and new Cons - far from metro 700m walk and 1.5km away from JR lines. Rooms are small which is typical in Japan. Toilet is small and lacks table and cabinets or drawers for clothes. さらに表示

The room we were staying in was amazingly awesome! Very clean, beds are so comfortable, the bathroom and toilet made perfect sense to be separated from each other and very spacious! Full kitchen also with washer. Convenience stores are just close by and walking distance to Dotonbory. I would love to return to this accommodation and stay longer when we return to Osaka. さらに表示

The place is more of a condotel type. All amenities needed to have a comfortable stay are available.The place is new and nice. Quite far though from a station but manageable for young adults on foot. There's only 1 staff around to assist you on for check in. さらに表示

First off bear in mind that this place is a long way from the nearest metro station so be prepared for long walks every day. if you can handle that the room is reasonably large, has a kitchen with utensils, crockery, and cutlery, plus a washing machine and laundry drying fan in the bathroom plus a balcony for drying clothes. Building looks fairly new and clean. Not a hotel, so don't expect much in the way of service but the price is nice. Plus, a table-tennis table in the lobby if you fancy a game. さらに表示

I was with a group of 8 travelers and the room was very spacious for all guest. The beds were very soft and the wifi was very fast which was really great considering all 8 people in the room were using their devices. Overall, I really loved the room. Maybe the only downfall would be that it took about 15 minutes walking to Dontonbori. さらに表示

Self check-in/ check-out facility. Every cooking utilities were provided (microwave, small oven, fridge, pots& pans, plates, etc), they also provide washer in the bathroom but the coolest thing that I’ve never seen in any hotel before is the drier! You hung the clothes in the shower area and there will be hot air blowing out of the vents. Really cool! Very close to 7/11, and a mile/ 15 minute walk to dotonbori!
