非常に満足
東照宮徒歩圏内、日光市街地なのでまちなか探索もできた。何よりホテルの食事が美味しくって湯葉は特におすすめ！お風呂も良かったですよ。また機会があれば利用したい。 さらに表示

Our hotel room was giant! Like a house. And as I wanted, it was Japanese style with futons in the tatami mat floors. We sprung for a room with private bath. But the shower pressure was so low, I couldn’t get the soap off my body. I ended up going to the public Onsen bath which was beautiful (and I was alone), but we paid for the private bath. That was a big upset. The breakfast was good but my family (2 young kids) couldn’t handle such a nice restaurant for breakfast so after one, we stuck to yogurt from the store. There are no breakfast options open before 9:30 in Nikko other than hotel meals. The staff here were excellent! There was one woman who spoke good English so we seemed to always deal with her but the other staff were also so kind and polite. They made us feel special. The views of the gardens were fantastic and gorgeous as well! The room itself seemed a bit run down though and that was a downside. But all in all I enjoyed our traditional stay at Hoshinoyado. さらに表示

The hotel is just 1min walk to Shinkyo Bus Station and very closed to Shrine and temple. Though only few staff could speak English, they are also very helpful in preparing pick-up shuttle bus as well as explaining on how to use the bath. Meal is also in high quality and I recommend you to choose Japanese dinner, deeply. I stayed in Hoshinoyado for 2 days to enjoy the journey and it is worthy. さらに表示

My stay was great. Me and my wife wanted to have a real authentic Japanese Ryokan experience and we got it. The room was great, the view was awesome, The Onsen was clean and relaxing and the staff was exceptionally wonderful and attentive to our needs. We decided to get a foot message during our stay which helped add to our comfort and our experience. Me and my wife both would stay here again. I was astonished that I had such a great experience even though the price is so cheap. I highly recommend this place! さらに表示

location is superb. you can walk right to the world heritage site. food is superb. the room package is with breakfast and dinner set. i meet a great experience of the high quality and delicacy of traditional japanese food like we never seen before. room is clean and cozy. too bad there is no shower in the room. only public bath + onzen available. さらに表示

A great location very next to World Heritage and bus stop, a bit high slope to hotel without car if you have big luggage but hotel staff has service minded to help you lift it up. During stay, every time smile from reception staff with greetings. A great memorial local wonderful tasted dinner and breakfast! Nice onzen room with facilities, massage sofa. Fast service upon calling. A complimentary bus to train station on departure with impression. Would recommend for a couple in a winter to enjoy. A ver, no ha sido el mejor en el que he estado, pero si es uno de los buenos. El personal habla perfectamente inglés, son muy cordiales, amables y les agradecemos las atenciones de más que tuvieron. En cuanto al desayuno, no nos gustó, en este tipo de hoteles creo que ha sido el que menos nos gustó. Además, aunque todo el comedor estaba vacío, al pedir la primera hora de la mañana, esperábamos que nos dieran una mejor mesa, y nos dieron la peor, aun estando las demás vacías. En cuanto al Onsen es muy chico el exterior, el interior no está tampoco muy grande pero si está mejor. Creemos que si se les ocurriera iluminar desde abajo los arboles de enfrente quizá mejorarían en mucho la experiencia, debido a la poca vista que se tiene desde el de hombres al menos. さらに表示
