JR日光駅の目の前、東武日光駅からも徒歩5分のところにあり、また、東照宮や華厳の滝・中禅寺湖に向かう遊覧バス（2,000円の遊覧パスが便利！）は目の前から発車するので、交通アクセスは最高です。夜、食べるところが周りにあんまりない点だけが不便を感じたところです。 さらに表示

駅前でレトロな感じで雰囲気が良かったです。大風呂は水はけがイマイチでした。洗い場から浴槽のところに水が貯まってた上に混んでいて洗面器で足だけすすぎました。そこが残念です。 さらに表示

次の日に鬼怒川へ行くつなぎの宿として利用しましたが、スタッフも親切で、なにより駅からのアクセスが抜群。 そして全く期待していませんでしたが、朝食が素晴らしかったです！すぐそこでコックさんが作ってくれてて新鮮、かつ種類も豊富で、地元野菜もふんだんに使ってあり大満足。2倍以上お金をかけた鬼怒川のホテルよりもずっと美味しかったです。 さらに表示

１月の三連休初日を東部ワールドスクエアで過ごし、宿泊先も決めてませんでした。アゴダのネットで調べながらたまたま駅近のホテルが空いてたので、運良く宿泊できました。 20時過ぎの飛び込みだったにも関わらず、受付スタッフの対応も良く、大変気持ち良く宿泊できました。 朝食のビュッフェも非常においしく、食べ過ぎに注意したほうが良いです。 ホテルの駅近くは飲食店が早めにしまってしまうようでしたので、遅く到着される場合は食事をすまされてから、チェックインしたほうがよいかもしれません！ さらに表示

If u stay in Nikko , this hotel is located close to Nikko JR station and 3 min from Tobu nikko station , We suggest u to buy breakfast and dinner here because most restaurants are closed . Room is ok both size and clean but onsen is too small and no drinking water . さらに表示

The location is prime for this hotel. We booked room with Tatami mat style, it was such a cute room! Recommend to reach there on weekday like us. We went there on Friday and i got whole Onsen for myself! that was my 1st experience onsen for me. Hotel super near to Train station (both JR and Normal train) and the train station so called the start of buses to travel up into the mountain. It far enough from the train station so it not noisy at all. But if you like mountain's view. i would recommend you to find the other one. さらに表示

As with many others, we chose this hotel for the location. It was only an easy 5 min walk from Nikko-Tobu station. What we didn't quite expect was that the rooms are also very spacious and nicely decorated. Unlike most of the Japan room, the rooms in this hotel are comparable big with enough spaces to move around. The hotel package we booked that includes breakfast and dinner was very reasonably priced. The spread of breakfast and dinner was very good. The onsen was a little disappointing in terms of the size. There are 2 small indoor hot pools and 1 bigger one outdoor. The hotel is located just opposite JR Nikko station and 1 minute walk from Tōbu-Nikko station. The room is spacious and clean. I love the design of the room which is in wooden style. The breakfast is great and the staff is helpful as well. You will be charged a JPY150 for the hot spring even though you did not enter. さらに表示

The room and location are good , easy from train station , bus station. Breakfast and dinner are good taste and service but public bath is not so good . No drinking water and Towel in public bath and Small pond , but In this small town , it is a good choice for travellers . さらに表示

The hotel is in prime spot when you travel by the high speed or express train. It's right across JR Nikko station. I had a fairly large room with nice Japanese style bed with thick Duvet for winter weather. The room is clean and quiet for a pleasant stay in Nikko. さらに表示

Great base to see Nikko as its location is close to both Tobu Nikko and JR Nikko station- literally across the road. Also most transportation to sightseeing spots were from Tobu Nikko station so it was handy to be within walking distance. Rooms were comfortable enough but the highlight of this hotel was the onsen available for all guests. It's a real bonus after a long day of sightseeing to have a soak in a steaming onsen to relieve all the aching muscles plus there's absolutely nothing else to do in the area in the evening as the town shuts down right about 5pm. Staff were accommodating even when we arrived earlier than check-in time. They checked us in upon arrival which exceeded our expectations - great service! さらに表示

honestly nikko can be done in a day trip but if you are to stay in Nikko, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is just right beside Nikko station. The internet is fast. Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. English speaking staff is there. Breakfast is OK さらに表示

It's nice to know, the hotel is waiting for us when we arrived at 10pm. Only its a bit too dark to locate the hotel but there is no problem to ask the staff at the station. Helpful staff, nice hot spring さらに表示

Impressive with staff performance. I lose my scarf on a bus and he help me to call bus information. Unbelievable he can get it back and deliver to my room within 10 mins. I am so glad and highly recommend to stay here if you are going to Nikko. Location also great just few step from the station.
