I sometimes visit this Inn (Ryokan-style in Japanese). Staff is always kind and I could always feel relaxed. It should be very rare that we can see big lemons within this place and their colours are so bright. As for the food, I personally recommend people try dinner and breakfast here. Every dish is freshly cooked and I like the way here that the chef tries to treat area fish or vegetables for meals. Everything seems to be set soothingly and thanks to this nice environments or staff hospitality, I could lead wonderful time. さらに表示

I sometimes stay at this in (RYOKAN). Everytime I stay, I could feel such relaxing time. The staff is very friendly and spa is very clean. We can get totally good view from rooms which was one of the resons we can relax very much here. There are several types for booking (contents are widely set), so we had better be careful about what kind of plan we are going to apply. The owner and his wife both have very good command of English, so people can enjoy staying here listening to their explanation if they speak English. I do recommend this place if people want to enjoy Japanese good traditional atomosphere. Inaddtion to this, it clearly seems the head chef has good skills to treat fresh fish, vegitables and more (coming from this area). I always enjoy dinner and breakfast here. さらに表示

展望露天風呂までの登山電車が楽しいです。 女性専用の時間を除けば混浴で、バスタオルなど巻いて入るのも禁止と聞いて驚きました。夏だからか蚊が異常に多くてゆっくりくつろげなかったのが残念です。お湯は良くて景色も良いと思います。 ご飯はお部屋食で寛ぎながら美味しく頂きました。 最寄りの駅が遠いですが、タクシー代が出たり帰りは車で送ってくださって親切でした。いい旅になりました。ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

久しぶりに伺いましたが、先週来たかな？と思うほどの安心感。 女将さんをはじめ、従業員さんも非常に感じ良く、気持ちよく宿入りできました。 建物自体は古いですが、ザ・日本の宿って感じですし、エレベーターやエスカレーター等々は皆無です。 階段か登山ケーブルカー？での移動になりますが、ケーブルカーがまた年期物ですが何故か何時もワクワクしますw お風呂も自家源泉の垂れ流し。いや、かけ流しですが、2種類の温泉で内風呂はぬるめの湯、露天風呂は塩分多めの熱めの湯です。 露天風呂は混浴ですが、女性専用の時間があるので安心w 今時、源泉かけ流しの宿、貴重です。 今時のナンチャラベイとかナントかリゾートみたいなホテルを望んでいる方にはおすすめしません。 純粋にかけ流し温泉が好きだ、和風旅館に泊まりたいって方は行かないと後悔しますよｗ さらに表示

I stayed at this place several times. Whenever I (we stay), this place gives me such relaxing time. All staff is very kind and some of them speak very clear English. We use an inclined small cable car to get to an open air bath, which was very fun. In addition to these, meals are also very fine. My partner and I stayed at this traditional Ryokan for 3 nights. The staff were absolutely amazing, as they were always kind, caring and helpful - they made our stay so enjoyable. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room, with a private Onsen, the room and Onsen was always clean. We were also able to enjoy a traditional Japanese breakfast, which was delicious! This experience has made our first visit to Japan so much more incredible, and highly recommend :) さらに表示

The owner was friendly and courteous. Rooms were large and clean. I enjoyed travelling up the tram although it was slightly quiet up there. Food was also great, I even bought some pickled dishes home as souvenirs. さらに表示

Whenever I want to relax and have time, I have tried booking this place. Staff is very friendly and views from the room and bath are both very nice and calm. In addtition to these things, the chief chef is stick to using local products and creating seasonal atomosphere in their meals for guests. its a 15 mins walk from the train station. The hotel is on a up slop so challenging .However, you can take cab from the station and ask the driver for a receipt to claim from the hotel upon checking in. when checking out the owner even sent us down to the station. The owner is very friendly and can speak english. The hotel has a very unique train lift which will bring you up to the rooms which are up the upper hill. さらに表示

The owner is of the fifth generation family. Superb hospitality! There are both indoor and outdoor hot spring baths. The approach to the outdoor Onsen is a short ride up in a funicular. Go for the half board so there will be more time to soak! It cost 750¥ by taxi from Ito station. There are also of shops selling seafood fresh and dried in two alleys near the station. The ryokan has more than 100 years' history, saying that, the room has everything you can expect in modern ryokan (great WIFI, toilet, bathroom with onsen water in the room, etc.) The owner and his wife were very nice and offered us a lift to the Ito station when we departed. The food was so great, in particular the dinners. Walking distance to everything, there is a big drug/cosmetic store, a few convenience stores and a superamarket. I could spend such good time here. If we want to experience Japanese good traditional trip, I would reccommend to stay here. All staff is very kind with a lot of hospitality and people can feel slow flowof good times. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed. Excellent service, food and experience. What make it stands out are their coziness given by their masters and staff. They introduced every details of the hotel and nearby spots. They even drove us to station at last. Food were heaven, especially it gave you taste of home. The tram they had was so interesting. Excellent hospitality from staff and owner in this 100 years old traditional Japanese ryokan. Owner speaks very good English and provided us with sightseeing information and map as well as a clear explanation of dos and don't for our onsen experience. He can even provide car transfer to and from train station. Room was very spacious and clean. Very peaceful and tranquil. Onsen facility was also excellent. Dinner and breakfast was nice. The ryokan host is very nice and friendly, greeted us with warm welcome and provided us with useful information upon our arrival. Their staff are also very helpful and very good English as well. There is an interesting cable car ride connecting 2 buildings, and 2 different onsens for guests to enjoy! The room is spacious, very clean and well equipped.
