パートナーと利用させていただきましたが、 ものすごく洗練された居室空間に目を丸くしました。 外国人観光客も多く訪れる地域ならではの 行き届いたサービスにも驚かされました。 また行きたいと思える空間です。 オータムフェスタ当日だったこともあり、 賑わいを感じれる空間がある一方で、 早朝は穏やかな空気に触れることができます。 眺望も素晴らしく、羊蹄山が見渡せる窓も魅力の一つでした。 また行きたいと思います。 さらに表示

Yama shizen apartments are comfortable and well appointed. ALL the staff we dealt with were excellent. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Cleaning staff were thorough but quick. The only thing we lacked in the studio apartment was a stove!! さらに表示

Location was great - super convenient to go to the Hirafu base, convenience store and the popular ramen shop. Quite near the Niseko Central Front Desk and the ski rental store too. The room was very big (as compared to other hotel rooms in Japan of similar price). Bed was comfortable enough and big. Plenty of online tv channels to watch, had a small coffee table space to chill and eat too. They had a mini kitchen where you get to use microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, as well as a full set of utensils and table ware. It comes with dishwashing detergent and sponge. Wonderful! Toilet was great - it was a shower instead of bath (which we prefer) and it was spacious too. We love the heater outside the door - perfect to leave our shoes and coats out there to dry and warm up, especially after the snow.
