Definitely pleased with this place! Although in a quieter part of Niseko, the inn's free shuttle van made it easy to move around Niseko for skiing, dining and shopping. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The inn was warm and cosy with a nice fireplace to sit at in the evenings. The best part was its people; friendly, kind and accommodating. Definitely child friendly, they never once complained about our young children. Breakfast provided was adequate however the menu is the same daily. The ski school/daycare, lifts and rental shop at Hanazono is within walking distance but the shuttle van drops us off and picks us up with ease. Since its in a quiet area, my young kids played almost daily outside in the snow. さらに表示

Had a wonderful stay at the Niseko Freedom Inn, the staff and their shuttle van made the stay very enjoyable and convenient! They'll drive guests to daily dinner at either Hirafu (center of Niseko ski resort) or Kutchan (nearby local town). The snow at Hanazono side was also better than the most of the other resorts. The place is very near hanazono, and is very cozy. They have a very friendly staff. We planned to go to hanazono joining the shuttle at 930am. But because of the long travel, the kids had the hard time prepping in the morning so we missed the shuttle. But at our surprise, they also drive as there eventhough its off from their shuttle service. We are grateful for their kindness. さらに表示

Excellent service from Jai, the manager. We enjoyed our stay except that our big group of 9 cannot fit into their free shuttle, hence travelling became less convenient for us, we require their only shuttle to do two trips to ferry all 9 of us, so a 15mins trip will extend to be 3 times as long. Though Jai was really nice and went out of his way to ferry us using his own car! さらに表示

This place is a economical stay. But it is very cozy n fun. Facilities are limited. The fun part is the snow slide and snow toys that they prepared. The cozy part is the lounge with music, books, games, drink.... さらに表示

Niseko Freedom Inn was a short walking distance from Hanazono where we enjoyed snow tubing and experiencing Niseko's fine powder snow! Room with tatamis was spacious and had good heating system! さらに表示

We were there end Feb and the wall of snow is superb! It's a 2 mins drive away from Hanazono. They have shuttle services available. Just check with them and you will be able to access to anywhere around the mountain. Staffs are very friendly and helpful at all time. Freedom Inn is located basically in nowhere but between the beautiful walls of snow. If you prefer to stay in a quite place this is the place to choose. Grand Hirafu is too crowded but they have shops and restaurants though. さらに表示

Everything is great. My kids love this hotel. Feel likes home. Very near Niseko Hanazono resort just 2-3 minutes drive where there are magic carpet for the beginner skiing free about 200 meters. さらに表示

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Freedom Inn. Breakfast is included in the rate. It's a very basic breakfast, but it's a hot one. Also, they do serve food at dinner time, but it's very limited; however, they will drive you to town for dinner reservations and then pick you up after. They will also drop you off and pick you up for any skiing activities (day or everning skiing). さらに表示

すごく良い
The only bad thing about this hotel is the location which is quite far away from the hirafu town. Drivng takes 15 mins. It's far away from train stations as well. I spent 2000 yen for taxi to the hotel. However, they do provide shuttle van service from train station to hotel & hotel to hirafu but only at certain timings. So check with the staffs so you can time your arrival and activities. Otherwise this is a fantastic hotel. The staffs are the one who make your stay fantastic. You just let them know what you wanna do and where you wanna go. They will arrange and plan for you. Breakfast is good. I prefer this than the standard hotel stuffs. Hotel is clean. It's rustic and classic with a cool fire place where you can have a fun night drinking with friends. Plenty of snow around the hotel for you to play and not too crowded. I ended my stay with snow mobile riding which they help me to book and sent me to the train station. Once again 5 star service 👍👍. Highly recommend especially for people with car.
