上京してからも年に4回は宿泊しています。 ニセコの他のホテルは高いことが多いですが、こちらはいつも安く泊まれるので気軽に泊まれて嬉しいです。 仕事や身内の体調不良でチェックインがかなり遅くなってしまう事が何度かありましたが、対応して頂けて助かりました。 夜通し温泉に入れるのが良いです。 深夜は貸切り状態な事が多いので、露天風呂に2〜3時間入っている事も多いです。 食事も美味しいです。 甘露水は私がこれまで飲んだお水の中で1番美味しいと思います。 チェックアウト後も無料で入浴できるので、ゲレンデで滑ったりご飯を食べたりした後、またお風呂に入ってから帰るのがいつものパターンです。 全体的にとても満足しています。 少し気になる点を挙げるとすれば、 ・脱衣所に土足やスリッパのまま入る海外の人が多い(最近はコロナの影響で海外の人がいなくてあまり気になりませんが…) ・ドライヤーの風量が少し弱い ・たま〜にですが、部屋のお水のボトルの蓋が汚いことがある の3点ですかね？ こうだったら嬉しいな(個人的には)と思う点は、 ・朝食時のドリンクに紅茶も欲しい ・さらに持ち帰れる紙コップもあると最高 ・売店でウォータータンク(10Lのコック付きとかAmazonで1,000円以下で売ってるようなやつ)があると、ボトルを忘れたけど甘露水汲みたい！って時に助かる ・部屋の洗面所にゴミ箱が欲しい(コップの袋や歯ブラシの袋などを捨てるのに手元に欲しい) ・浴衣の羽織にポケットが欲しい(無くても全く問題は無いのですが、朝食時にスマホや部屋の鍵を入れておけると便利かなと思います。他の宿泊施設で帯にポケットが付いていた事がありましたが、スマホが入る大きさでは無く微妙でした。) の5点ですが、こちらは実現しなくても全然大丈夫です。 来月も宿泊予定だったので休業と聞いて残念ですが、日を改めて伺いたいと思います。 またよろしくお願いします。 さらに表示

・昭和29年に昭和天皇が宿泊したことを誇りにしている古き良きホテル。 ・設備は経年を感じ決して奇麗とは言い難いが、掃除などは行き届いていて、不潔感は感じない。プライドを感じさせた。 ・ご飯はこういうホテルにありがちなシンプルなビュッフェ形式だが、値段の割に料理がおいしく、個人的には大満足だった。（お酒はあまり期待できない。サッポロ生が無難） ・広い混浴の露天風呂がなかなかオツで、湯浴み着を着て入る。男女別のフロには、ナトリウム泉の浴槽と、鉱泉の浴槽があり、それぞれ浴槽に形成されたミネラルの結晶が、その豊かさを感じさせてくれる。 ・ニセコにスノボをしに来て、大学の友人と2人でツインの部屋を取ったが、大きい畳部屋もついていて、布団をしけば８人くらいまでならいける収容力で、のびのびと使えた。 ・メシと、フロと、値段。これが満足して他になにが必要だろうか。（いや、ない） ※ホテルでのリフト券の販売は無し。 さらに表示

夕食は決められた定食。いくらかけてるのかといいたくなる位、さびしい。朝食はバイキング式ですが、業務用巨大ドレッシングボトルがドン、揚げ物ズラリ、パンはヤマザキやパスコならまだマシだけど…ホテルのダイニングと考えたら頭がクラクラしそう。 例え大雪や大雨が降っていても。外のスキー場バス乗り場で待つ覚悟が必要です。運転手はホテル駐車場から黙って発車します。スキー場でも例えば大きなスーツケース等を道路に降ろして終わり。空港行きバス時刻表とは接続がよくないです。 フロントにいる中国語スタッフ2人からはチェックアウト時間やスキーロッカー場所さえ説明がありませんでした。全部客側が確認しなければいけなくて大変。因みに年長の日本人女性スタッフはお客の悪口を口にしていました。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預かるといっても宴会場に置けるだけ。セキュリティーはなし。畳がひどくいたんでおり、上を歩くと靴下にはたくさんイグサが刺さってきます。名物露天風呂、泉質そのものはとても魅力的です。だから泊まることにしてみたのですが。混浴には絶対必要な湯あみは朝風呂時間帯貸出なし！アメニティもなし！置いてあるヘアーブラシは1つのみ。しかもカビが生えてるのか変色し髪とゴミがぎっしりからみついたもの。ゾッとしてしまいました。 日帰り入浴以外、絶対使いたくない施設です。 さらに表示

What a gem this hotel is. Right from our arrival with wonderfully friendly staff to the 2nd largest room we had in our full Japan travel. I do have to say it's not in the middle of a thriving metropolis but that's what we liked. Although ours was a short stay it was memorable because of the Staff and location. Here I am going to make an exception on how I review, usually I don't mention anyone in particular as there are many people you don't have contact with but without them the senario could be different. I would like to give a special thanks to Kasumi and Takahiro for there outstanding help in arranging transport from the Hotel to Sapporo. The Buffet breakfast here was quite diverse and many things to try out if you aren't into Japanese food, my Son loved it. The Onsen was great as well with a mixed, Female and male only areas that also has lockers to place your possessions in for safe keeping. Takahiro pointed out a small Ramen shop close by. Older hotel but traditional japanese room was pretty good! Absolutely amazing mixed outdoor onsen (especially when it was snowing!) but ladies can ask for a cover-dress from the reception. Ski transfer/gear hire deal was reasonable. さらに表示

Due to late booking, no more non-smoking room can be chose, and the room is full or the smelling even we spray the whole bottle of air freshener within four days, the smell still last here. And when we want to use the glass while brushing teeth, there’s still a small toothpaste left by last user of room. There’s shutter bus between 3 ski resorts, very convenient. The hotel location is not good, it's in the middle of nowhere, you depend greatly on the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. The hotel is quite old, but the food is delicious. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. shuttle bus service starts at 9a.m., we had to leave the hotel early in the morning (by 6 am) to catch a train and we were unable to book a taxi. The hotel staffs went extra miles for us, they provided us shuttle bus to station at 6 a.m. at no charge. さらに表示

We were so happy that we found this hotel in niseko! We wanted an outdoor mixed onsen experience and this hotel gave us the best experience ever! The onsen is big, theres male and female's indoor onsen and there's this mixed onsen where we can share a bath together! And you won't have to be totally naked! The dinner buffet is amazing! Worth, Helpful Staff & Nice View Hotel. There is so helpful even their speaking English is poor, they still try their effort to help to me. If you want to reserve the pick-up shuttle bus from Niseko Station to Hotel, give you a tip that book it before couple days, as their response on email is slow; if you make oversea call to arrange, it is not good, as they just have 1-2 staff know/speak good English. Compared to the nearby ski hotel, Niseko Grand Hotel is good. Because it has the natural view Onsen, big room, good food in dinner buffet. This is the traditional Ski & Onsen Hotel, if you don't mind it is old and little unclean, it is a good choice for you. さらに表示

We have been to Niseko many time and we always use the Onsen at the Hotel after a busy day skiing. By staying at the Hotel you can have free Onsen which meant that this hotel was great value for money. The rooms were big enough and breakfast was a mix of Japanese and western but very small selection. There is a shuttle bus to/from the Niseko welcome center every day and the coach to and from the airport will stop at the hotel which was very convenient as we didn't need to go to the welcome center to change buses. さらに表示

Super amazing! This hotel provides everything basic but great. Hotel service is nice and warm. They has a bus sending and picking up customers from skiing resort. It's only 5 min away. and they also upgrade our room to a super large one and help me order a taxi to train station for free. Have to say much beyond our expectations! さらに表示

Hotel is a bit old. We took the room with 2 beds and with family area with tatami mats (which can accomodate probably 6 japanese beds. The room is huge. No bottled water in the room. Yukatas are provided. The shower room is separated from the toilet. Hotel have Onsen. Hotel provide bus going to Ski Resorts. Breakfast is limited and just ok. Dinner is expensive, limited choices and closes at 8:30pm. There's no other restaurants in the hotel or even near the hotel. さらに表示

Shuttle service is good but last bus back from Hirafu is 8.30pm and there's only 1 restaurant near the hotel. So you're adviced to plan dinner earlier.' This is a good stay if u plan to ski at Annupuri area. It's only 5 min away. さらに表示

They gave us a corner room with spectacular view--wow. Room amenities are adequate and working. Onsite Onsen is something you we enjoyed after skiing--soothing and refreshing. I highly recommended this Hotel especially when travelling with own car. さらに表示
