Very nice hotel next to the slope. All facilities were great and the location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and convenience stores. Staffs were also helpful and nice. Will come again if we visit Niseko next time :)) さらに表示

Chose to stay here after numerous positive experiences in the past. Pros: great location, onsen at hotel, good buffet breakfast Cons: "free WiFi in all rooms" is a bit of a stretch, signal was weak and it wasn't working at all for a couple of nights (even though we were connected). Staff are friendly but are content on just doing the bare minimum...don't expect too much from them さらに表示

Location within walking distance to Hirafu ski lifts, restaurants & the bus stops. Stayed in new wing which has in-room bathroom, the old wing does not. Grand view of Mt Yotel from my room! The access to the slope is not that easy even it's close as the hotel is on the hill, so the walk up is very difficult. Nice onsen and great view of Yotei from the room in the new building! Close to all the restaurants, convenient store, and ski rental shop! さらに表示

Booked this hotel for a recent ski trip. Hotel itself is relatively old, but clean and well maintained. Staff were superb, and location is the best out of all the hotels we have tried in Niseko over the years さらに表示

I had to cancel my stay as I injured my knee an this hotel has no barrier- free facilities. Not even a wheel chair. I extended instead my stay at hotel next door, Hirafutei which is very well prepared to host those who could possibly hurt themselves then skiing or snowboarding, which I guess happens quite often. さらに表示

We spent 6 days recently in the Park Hotel. It was very busy but had everything we needed. Lots to eat for breakfast, location was great for the slopes and supermarket was across the road. The onsen was lovely and we especially enjoyed the lounge and fireplace. さらに表示

I have stayed at this property 2 times and reserved 2 rooms each time. The first time we stayed in a traditional Japanese style room, no private bathrooms. I was not aware that there were different rooms. Most in our party didn’t mind, but it was an issue for one person in our party who was used to bathrooms in each hotel room. さらに表示

Great location and would stay there again. Easy access to dot base lift. From there you can acces the whole mountain which is great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms were comfortable and fairly spacious. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet. Plenty of choice (western and Japanese) and never ran out of food. Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Staffs were great and helpful. They even arranged ski classes and equipment rentals for me. Tatami room was a great experience. MOUNTAIN VIEW WAS EPIC. Great location to return to after snowboarding. The room is spacious, but a little old. If you are first time to Niseko and want a hassle free place to stay, this is the place for you. Located next to the welcome centre which is a plus when catching the bus from the airport. さらに表示

This hotel is almost the closest one to the Hirafu Welcome Center (where the bus drops you from the airport) and the lifts (across the street from the welcome center). It's maybe a 5 minute walk to the lifts (uphill, but you'll be walking uphill from anywhere in town). The onsen feels amazing after a day on the slopes. The breakfast is a large buffet with Western and Japanese selections including great croissants and pastries where you can fill up pre-ski. Wifi was on the slow side but acceptable (apparently only available in some rooms). Definitely priced well for the location and services. さらに表示
