５歳と６歳の2人の子連れで滞在しました。３泊しましたが、最初の晩は一部屋に３つのベッドでは狭いでしょうとスタッフの方が二部屋用意してくれました。二晩目から混んできたので一部屋になりましたが、そういったスタッフの気遣いはありがたかったです。ちょうど高校の運動部の合宿と泊まり合わせましたが、礼儀正しい学生さんたちだったのでお風呂の使用など譲り合いながら快適に滞在しました。 さらに表示

Doubt you can find another group of people more helpful and youthful than the staff at Grandpapa. Young people who loved what they do, and they are more than willing to offer a helping hand wherever required. Very accommodating staff and a wonderful lodge to stay for the winter. Conveniently located a short walking distance from No. 6 bus stop, it was only a few minutes away via shuttle to the Grand Hirafu gondola. They were able to offer good rates for ski rental and pass as well. Sleeping conditions were good, and we had a room to ourselves. The shared bathroom was not a problem for our group. And of course, the wonderful onsen which was barely 5 minutes walk away. Grandpapa even offers discount for the onsen. Nothing better than a dip in the onsen after a day of skiing, followed by chilling in front of the fireplace at the lounge area. Recommended for all! さらに表示

The stay at Niseko Pension Grandpapa was great. Warm welcome from the host during check in and try their best on our enquiries. They speak well english. Provide shuttle van during pick up at kutchan station as well. Nice breakfast with hot soup especially in cold weather. Strongly recommend for other guest. The room m the house is clean and well manage.. The stuff are friendly and really helpful especially Mr Kohei. You can arrange the pick up from Hirafu JR station which no public transport and also, I will go back again for longer stay さらに表示

This place is actually a family house turned into a traveller's lodge. This family-run lodging is a little difficult to locate initially, but once you get used to the surroundings, that is a non-issue. Breakfast was made with love and absolutely fantastic. In fact, you will feel so full and satisfied that you can skip lunch all together. Only gripe is they will call your room to wake you up for breakfast, even though you may feel like sleeping in late. You can hear the disappointment in their voice when you said you are not going to turn up for breakfast! Oops.. All in all, this place is just magical and I recommend it to travellers looking for a homely place to stay. さらに表示

The staff were able to converse in English and they were able to open up the reception till our late arrival timing. Breakfast provided wasn't a big spread, but was sufficient. Location is a short walk away from the stop where the Grand shuttle stops, so it was pretty convenient to go to the ski slopes. さらに表示

Grandpapa is very nice, welcome staff, beautiful pension, lovely breakfast(main course changed every day). We stayed in the Japanese tatami room, the beddings are so comfortable, room size is enough, shared toilet on each floor(never been waiting). Common Japanese bathroom (used for 1 night only) as you would go to the Onsen (few steps from Grandpap) every night which cost only Yen600 which was enjoyable after snowboarding. Free pick up to/from Welcome Centre, wifi is fine, walking distance to resturants, superstore and bus intersection of Hirafu. Free shuttle to the Grand Hirafu Ski area around the corner of the pension. Discounted lift pass and cheap snowboading rental can be booked via the hotel. さらに表示
