ローマ風呂が非常に広々としていて、気持ちよくリラックスできました。お湯も3種類あってそれぞれ違い、楽しめました。 また、夜のバイキングではその日に焼いたバウムクーヘンが出ており、ふわっふわでびっくり。とても美味しかったです。 また、スタッフの方の対応もとてもよく、非常に良い滞在になりました。 さらに表示

Room was spacious and clean. We love that it was a 3 minutes walk from dining and shopping street at Noboribetsu, and only 15 minutes walk from the Hell Valley. The hotel also has a nice public bath filled with water from the hot spring. Had close encounter twice with foxes in the wild and family of deers during our drive. さらに表示

Overall enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel as I have booked a twin comfort non smoking room. The onsen has a beautiful outside scenery. The bear park and hell valley are within walking distance from the hotel. Hotel has a good spread of food for breakfast and dinner. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. さらに表示

As with all Japanese hotels, the hotel charged by number of persons making it not worth the cost of hotel. We had the Japanese tatami room. The hotel tried to freshen the room as was apparently a smoking room (we had asked for non smoking). The room is very bare and basic, a little tired. Because the hotel is big, it is not exclusive. Many tour buses stop there. Dinner was below average. We decided to skip breakfast for Family Mart sandwiches. Front office staff couldn’t quite understand English so better prepare your Google Translate. The Japanese onsen experience was good though. Big and busy. さらに表示

This is the nearest hotel to the Noboribetsu Bus station, which is very convenient considering we arrived in a snowy weather. We wanted to go to the Bear Park but it was also closed due to heavy snowfall, but we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel facilities. They have indoor and outdoor onsen, and the dinner buffet spread is very satisfying. We also tried the indoor amusement area. Our room was big and the linens were crisp. The hotel is old but well-maintained, a few facility upgrades (like replacing door locks with key cards) would make it perfect. さらに表示

Just less than 5mins walk from Bus station. Good Onsen, they will switch man and women Onsen everyday for you to experience. Like the outdoor one, with waterfall. A short walk to have great pizza and soba along the shopping street. さらに表示

Hotel room is nice though it's a little old, but it's clean though the aircon is quite irritating (because we can't control the temperature since it's centrally controlled). The surprise dinner buffet (with free flow sashimi, western, japanese, desserts etc) in the hotel was especially delighting. The onsen was great, with the outdoor onsen available (though the male's outdoor onsen has a nicer view of the waterfall whereas female's outdoor onsen doesn't have much view). Do take note that they will need you to pay 300Yen for the usage of onsen (tax or something). Overall a great hotel :) さらに表示

IF budget and time allows, this is a fantastic place to be in. The hot springs and the public bath is reason enough to just stay in this hotel. If I ever come back to again, this will be one of my return to list. さらに表示

We booked this hotel for a one night stay. This is a classy and clean hotel. It has beautifully kept decor and is nostalgic. The public bath house is beautiful and clean The staff are wonderful and so are all the guests, who are mostly Japanese. This is our first time in an onsen hotel, both staff and patrons were kind enough to show us what to do despite language barriers. We experienced an earthquake of over 6 magnitude at 3am. The hotel staff took care of us like family members. There were no structural damage to the hotel at all and free meals were provided to all guests. We were stranded and the hotel extended our stay charging a fraction of what wr paid originally and apologize to us profusely for the lack of services. In reality, the hotel continued to provide free meals, albeit simple to all the customers. We were so glad we chose this hotel over others. We are grateful to all their staff who helped us secure transportation out if the area: especially their intern Ms Lin who barely slept and provided assistance to us nonstop. The staff of this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms in the hotel were large and comfortable. The outdoor hot spring was very nice. Major sight seeing places were within 10-15 minutes walk. The dinner buffet offered a great variety of food. And the food were delicious. There were crab legs, steak and sushi. This was for our honeymoon and the hotel prepared a gift for us. They are indeed thoughtful. I like the onsen, especially the rustic charm of the outdoor baths. It has Iron, Sulphur and Salt baths, Sauna. The only cons is the smell of cigarettes along the corridors. さらに表示

The hotel is located just opposite to bus terminal. Very convenient for us who take the bus from CTS airport to Noboribetsu-Onsen station. Variety choices of food provided in breakfast and dinner buffet. Room is spacious and clean. The outdoor onsen is a plus point. さらに表示

Value for money. The japanese style room was comfortable and cozy. Onsen was exquisite and very good. Buffet dinner was sumptuous with endless supply of steam crabs. They also serve the famous Hokkaido layer cake as dessert. Highly recommended. さらに表示

I love the distance to bus stations, stay downhill is good so need not to drag luggage fro bus station to uphill hotel (2-5 mins). next to shopping street and end of shopping street is hell valley... omg, love it さらに表示

We absolutely loved the Suite room here. Its huge and newly equipped with beautiful modern furniture and amenities. Te private onsen and shower in the room is magnificent. The suites here is better than many six-stars hotels.... and at this price it's way worth the money. Thank you for the lovely staff and service too! さらに表示
