夫婦で一泊しましたが、地獄谷へのアクセスもよく最高のロケーションでした。温泉も広々としており、朝食＆夕食のブッフェは何を食べようか迷うほどの種類の多さにただただびっくりでした。是非また宿泊したいと思います。 さらに表示

何百もある部屋で、たった3人で布団敷きさせてる。最悪のマネージメント。更に最悪はフロントマンで責任者と自称する若い従業員が実態を認識していなかった。驚きの責任者。 つくづく、田舎のホテルだと認識した。 二度と行かない。 さらに表示

宾馆比较陈旧。地毯上有很多斑渍。水壶盖的接口处有明显的污垢。毛巾也没有刚刚清洗过的清洁感。早晚饭的菜品种类和内容尚可。温泉不是很烫，应该是加水了，但反而让人比较能接受。服务态度不错，管理合理，会错时安排用餐时间以避免混乱。宾馆离车站最近，离地狱谷最远，适合带行李的旅客。最后还是希望宾馆加强平时维护，或者考虑重新翻修。 さらに表示

The staff were good and the location is within walking distance to Jigokudani (Hell Valley) and is opposite the bus/taxi station. We opted for the traditional Japanese rooms and the rooms were big and comfortable. Excellent breakfast provided in the morning. さらに表示

The room size is big, the outdoor onsen is really good, parking is free. Breakfast with great variety. But.....the male receptionist talk like a mice, the softest japanese voice i ever heard during the trip, which make me feel a bit frustrated. さらに表示

I got the hotel at discounted rate for 2 nights with a tatami style room. The futon bed is not very comfy though, me and my wife have back ache for our 2 nights stay here. Hotel is very near the major tourist sites in Noboribetsu. Good onsen inhouse, and staff are very friendly and responsive. One thing we don't like is when we left our luggage open before we went for dinner, when we came back, it is understandable they close the luggages to make room for the futon beds, but they flip it at the wrong side and all our stuff on one side that don't have luggage cover was all over the place. I love my stay in this hotel. It has everything i want in a hotspring hotel. It has a nice outdoor hotspring which is great on a cold evening. The room is much bigger than I expected - I was told that the size stated on the website is only the bedroom area. They also have a sitting room/area and a toilet and a bathroom. The separation of the toilet and bathroom is very good. The breakfast is also great. The restaurant inside the hotel is also good and not expensive at all. さらに表示

Second time staying here. Went for the japanese style room and it was just as we expected with futons and tatamis and all. Onsen in winter was less crowded. If lucky, you will be able to experience falling snow in the outdoor onsen, which is a truly magnificent experience. さらに表示

Pros: wide spread selection of breakfast, staff was friendly an helpful. Cons: expensive, run down building, room was filled with smoke smell despite asking for a non smoking room. Only encounter this problem when we were about to sleep around 12am. When we enter the room around 4pm it didn’t smell of smoke. Suspect it had smth to do with the air condition? We don’t know. So we turned off the aircond and open the window still didn’t help. Ended up wearing a mask in order to fall asleep. Went during mid June, temperature was around 16-17 Celsius. Had a great stay. Location is perfect, as it's opposite the bus terminal. Enjoyed the outdoor onsen. The complimentary cookies tasted great. Even bought some back home. However, I left my blue jeans in the room and I emailed them to check, and if possible to ship it back to me. But I've not heard from them. さらに表示

The location of the ryokan is just right opposite the bus station and its very convenient for the ride back to Sapporo / Chitose. Dinner buffet has a vast variety of choices, but if you staying more than a night you will feel bored with the selections. The onsen is at peak during the night time (after dinner), hence we opt for a dip upon the guest check out (by 10am) but was surprised its closed from 10am - 3pm (check in time). Our room is the Japaness style, it's really clean and big. The staffs would help to set up the place to sleep. The hotel is just across the bus terminal, and the buffet breakfast is really great with many choices. However, there are 500 yen per suicase after checkout if you need to depoist the suicase. さらに表示

From New Chitose Airport, you can take shuttle bus to Noboribetsu took around 1 hour to reach there. The most important, this hotel was just opposite the bus station. With all handy luggage, thank god we no need to walk so far! The hotel also have it own low sulfur onsen. If you booked ryokan. They will come around 9pm to make up the bed for you. Good location. Near Noboribetsu onsen station. Breakfast and dinner have many items for choose . Good taste. You can enjoy eat all everthing. Room is cleaning . Bed soft. But onsen very small. The hotel and the room we stayed in were abit old but they were clean. Excellent hotel breakfast spread. parking is free at an offsite location. it snowed heavily during out stay and the steep slope leading to n fro the parking lot can be very slippery for both vehicles and pedestrians alike. Please walk carefully. Great onsen facility. Hotel wifi coverage is spotty. No coverage at lobby, restaurants and onsen area さらに表示
