ゴールデンウィークに2組夫婦で利用しました 新千歳空港から直通路線バスが数本あり ホテルの無料送迎バスも1日1本ありますので時間が合えば便利だと思います。 お風呂も2箇所ありどちらもきれいに清掃されていて気持ち良く入浴出来ました。 食事も朝、夜バイキングプランでした 値段の割には内容は良かったと思います 海鮮は海老、マグロ、サーモン、しめ鯖、イカ 残念ながらカニはありませんでしたが焼きたてステーキなどもあり満足しました 朝食は６時半からだったので早く行きましたが、目玉焼き、フォーはまだ用意が出来ていない、スタッフが慌てていました 食事が始まると同時にスタートして欲しいと思いました。 他のスタッフの方々は皆さん丁寧で売店のスタッフの方々は商品の説明を一生懸命して下さり大変好感持てました！ 充実した宿泊でした。 さらに表示

温泉の質はかなりよい。 場所は中心街からかなり離れている。 同じ料金なら「まほろば」が便利かな。 朝食＆夕食ッフェは、１９８０円の食べ放題レベルで、刺身は、たこ＆冷凍マグロのみでがっかり。 お客さんは、外国人が半部くらいかな。 食べ放題で、品の良い中国人に、ステーキを焼いてる料理人が、鍋の固形燃料の火のつけ方に対して、怒っているにが、がっかりでした。怒らずに、「すいませんが、固形燃料は、ビニールを取らなくてそのまま火をつけて大丈夫ですよ」ですむところを・・・・「Ｎｏ　Ｎｏ・・・・！！！これビニールＮＯ、Ｎｏと、訳解らない英語で怒るのを見て・・・ガッカリでした。」 あの状況は、中国人は、紳士でした。 料理人さん・・・・学習しましょう！！！！１ 唯一、温泉のお湯は最高でした＾＾ さらに表示

他のホテルや観光地からちょっと離れているのが気になったけど、全然問題ありませんでした。温泉は可もなく不可もなくですが、天然足湯から近いのがいいです。夕食のビュッフェもおいしかったです。コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。 さらに表示

We stayed at Toya sun palace the night before and paid the same price but this Noribetsu hotel is nothing compared with Toys sun palces.Rooms are not that clean and old , amenities is not up to standard. Dinner and breakfast provided with poor quality. Hot spring also not so clean . Not recommend for anyone with this price さらに表示

nice breakfast and dinner included in room package. provides both indoor and outdoor hotspring bath area. free shuttle thru and from Sapporo JR station (about 2hrs ride). if go by train, try reach before 4:30pm to catch last bus to hotel (drop by at last stop 'footpath hotspring' bus-stop which is just right in front of the hotel) さらに表示

My friend and I drove to the hotel from New Chitose airport. It’s easy to find. It is located to the mini town center by about 15 mins walk and walking distance to Jigokudani (Hell’s Velley). The hotel has 3 difference types of onsen. Indoor with hot and cold onsen pools and one outdoor onsen pool. They are nice. However, the staff do not speak much English and some of them do not seem to be very helpful especially the staff attending to the restaurant. Hotel is abit far away from the small town considering the local bus only operates till about 5.30pm. Think the hotel is suitable for travellers who drives. Onsen at hotel considered average..not really impressed. Food on both days were similar. さらに表示

Hotel was a little far away from the small town, it took 20 mins to walk down to the nearest convenient store and another 30 mins to walk back due to the slopes. The take away is the outdoor onsen in the hotel and friendly staff members. Buffet in the hotel was the same for both breakfast and dinner with the exception that on the 2nd night, a few slices of premium sashimi was provided. Was Pretty disappointed with dinner as Omasake was not available as choice per their website. I would probably not stay back to this hotel again considering the distance to places of interest. さらに表示

すごく良い
I travelled with my sister and we opted for a traditional Japanese style room. We have stayed in other ryokans (eg, Moku no Sho in Niseko) but knew that given the price difference, this one would not be as good. However, we didn't expect it to feel as dated and commercial as it did. Given the price though, I would say it was reasonable that it lacked in certain areas. It is one of the few ryokans around that we found offered non-smoking rooms so that's a huge plus. Free parking close to the hotel, reasonable walk to Jigokudani. Decent dinner and breakfast. Good number of different baths. Unfortunately, there were a few loud Cantonese tourists on our floor that we could hear every word of when they spoke in the hallway. Reception staff is probably accustomed to the hoardes of loud tourists so their attitude is less akin to Japanese hospitality (omotenashi) that we tend to expect in Japan but by no means rude. Sekisuitei is set atop a 'hilly' slope away from the agglomeration of onsen accommodations & town center. Guests are given access to an outdoor onsen situated at another block and a relatively smaller indoor onsen at the wing which we stayed at. This is a sizeable hotel so anticipate large tour groups, crowded dining in their main hall for breakfast & dinner at peak hours. The western style room with tatami was spacious and lovely to linger at during the evening hours. Some contention upon check-in with 1 discourteous staff at front desk. Do ensure to have your hotel vouchers on hand if reservation was NOT booked directly with Sekisuitei. さらに表示
