奥日光湯の湖湖畔の近代的観光ホテル。この場合の”近代的”は、団体旅行にも対応できるけれど、趣のある温泉宿というのとは違う、という意味。滞在そのものが目的の旅行でなく、ドライブ旅行で立ち寄るには十分な内容。今回は草津から沼田、金精峠経由で日光に回ったが、絶好の場所だった。 さらに表示

Many things in room is lack of maintenance. The toilet automatic washing had already installed but it cannot working. Yukata suit is not clean. So we desire not to wear it. The good point is only location which have fantastic view. さらに表示

You can drop at the 2nd last bus (45) stop instead of the last (46) as the hotel is right outside the 2nd bus stop. Nonetheless, it is a very short 5 min walk from the last bus stop to the hotel. It was stated that guests have to reached by 4pm to get the dinner. However, I reached at 6.20pm and they allocated me a dinner time from 6.30 to 8pm (probably the 2nd dinner timing). Good View from the room, quiet and large room, front desk staff helped explain the onsen process as we were first timers. Cons was announcement of meal time on speakers in room and room could stand walls washed. Food was buffet style and not very hot but lots of variety. Facilities old and could stand an update. The staffs were nice, yet the water spoiler and the tea set in the room, and the dishes in the dining hall were very dirty. No shower in the room (only toilet), you need to go to the public bath to take a shower. The outdoor hot spring bath was pleasant. The dinner was cafeteria style with free beers. Although there were variety of cuisines, most of them were not quite delicious. Considering that there are not many choice of hotels in the low season in this area, and this one is super cheap, I don’t have much to complain about, and my husband thinks it’s enjoyable to experience traditional Japanese common folk culture. さらに表示

The hotel is so old, the elevator is not working, so both my parents have to walk staircase which is a bit hard for them. And the dinner and breakfast time is so early, and treat us like we are staying in an army camp, we have to queue before he dinner time start at 5:30pm, this is my first item after so many time travel to japan Onsen, just don’t like it. さらに表示

Excellent location. a quiet beautiful place. Room is big with good onsen. but the fridge inside the room is very dirty. Big towel rental Yen 50 each, and you have to pay extra 150Yen per person per night apart from the room rate. The included breakfast and dinner is ok, however the timing could be better. Breakfast 0810 start and Dinner 5:30pm start... it's really can't fit our time as we spend whole day for hiking.. more flexible timing would be great さらに表示

It was a pleasant stay, although the hotel and room are kind of old, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Although you will need to pay 50 yen for renting 1 big towel. But that's alright. There were lots of elderly couples in the hotel and the food at breakfast and dinner is mainly made with them in mind. The location is kind of remote, but doable by rental car. さらに表示

This hotel looked ordinary but I was so impressed in a receptionist who was so pleasure to drive us uphill to Yumoto onsen town viewpoint. The hotel room was OK but the daily room cleaning was not included in the fundamental service. The duration of buffet meals (both dinner and breakfast) were so short and meal selections were limited and not various. The location (not far from bus terminal 5 min walk) and environment around the hotel was great (calm and natural). The outdoor and indoor onsens were good for experiencing. さらに表示
