ご飯が美味しい！温泉も良し！特に夜の露天風呂は神秘的な灯りでゆっくりできました。温泉以外の館内は、通路に花瓶などが飾られ、落ち着く雰囲気を醸し出していました。 車で来ましたが熱海駅も近いようです。スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧でした。また宿泊したいです。 さらに表示

駐車場が入れにくいです（笑） チェックインの時のフロントの方の対応があまり良くなくて、ホテル自体期待しなかったけれど、食事はとても美味しかったです。 食事中、スタッフさんによっては、会話してる最中に割り込んで来られたりしたので、ちょっと困りました。 さらに表示

Pros - Hotel facilities is all you need and onsen is very great. There are both indoor and outdoor zone and big enough for all guests - Not far to walk to Ginza (Street with Sakura tree) and also near to bus stop if you want to go to ropeway or plum garden - Staff is very helpful Cons - It's a little bit far from Atami train station. Pro: food was great. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Con: We opt for a room with open bath but did not get to use it as there is totally no privacy due to a tall building next to it. It was necessary to take a taxi from the train station as there were uphills and downhills that made it difficult to push the luggage. さらに表示

We have stayed in a few different japanese style hotels around the area, I’d say this is the one I don’t think I will come back. - Location, some of the hotels offer shuttle bus, but this one they don’t, it’s a lot of hills around the area, we went there by taxi - Main entry, the main entry is on Level one, its a bit hard to carry all the luggage’s up, some other japanese style hotel has the same situation and will have staffs there to help to get the luggages up, and welcome u at the receiption. Room, no view at all, consider the price we paid was about 58,500 yen a night, we expect a bit more than what we got Food, this is the good part, if I haven’t gone to other hotels in the area, I might come back for the food, but for the price, u can get from somewhere better Facilities- Spa is a bit old, but the toiletries are pretty good, my daughter is in love with the hair milk! さらに表示

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is very small, even for 1 person. In the room there was no Wi-Fi. When there was a misunderstanding, staff pretended not knowing English. When I started to speak Japanese, they replied in very rood manner. Is it that "polite Japan" ? So upset with my trip. Doesn't worth all that money at all:(( さらに表示

We enjoyed our half-board stay in a private hot-spring room at Wafukan! A staff picked us up at Atami station on time and it took just few mins to arrive at the hotel. Our Nakai (the lady who took care of us) was so friendly to explain everything to us in her limited English. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the private outdoor onsen in our room. The onsen is small but can fit 2 adults. My husband also tried the public onsen located on the 6th floor and rooftop of the hotel. He said the onsen temperature was not as hot as the one we had in our room. Luxury and delicious Japanese style dinner and breakfast were served. Every time when we came back from meals, our bed were made. We really enjoy the stay here and had a relaxed experience. Thank you! さらに表示

This was a relaxing experience. The hotel is in the style of a Japanese ryoukan with onsen (hot baths) and many gardens. The decor is traditional Japanese as are the rooms and onsen culture. The location is excellent, one block away from Sun Beach and near several restaurants and cafes. Finding the place is another story, though. There are signs posted on posts, but they are in Japanese. Look for the text ホテル大月和風館 or if you find the Micuras Hotel, Otsuki Hotel Wafuukan is one block away from the coast. さらに表示

致電酒店就話無接駁巴士，要我們行一條勁長既斜路，拎住行李十分難行。但其實酒店門口一出有條樓梯直接到Sun beach。果度有巴士來往熱海駅同酒店之間，大約搭15分鐘。但我地一開始唔知，搬行李搬到身水身汗。 其餘的不錯，房間超大，比前兩日住琵琶湖那邊更大，浴場設施不多，但質量及舒適度高。重點，食物超美味，但晚餐要加多近二千港幣，就見人見智了。經酒店網站訂是似乎有幾個套餐選擇。 除左去程行得好辛苦，其他都好滿意。 さらに表示
