for the money paid, we received very good dinner and breakfast. it's not a luxurious place, but very nice and clean. the staff speaks good English and very helpful. there are no dark blinds, so bring your eye cover. quite far from the city center. さらに表示

We were looking for a full traditional high end ryokan experience. We got it here. Staff was excellent and helpful. If you are an adventurous eater, the food was wonderfully presented, plentiful and very good. We did not book the private bath, but the bathhouse was empty when my daughter and I went in and we had the place to ourselves. We had a great stay at a beautiful place. さらに表示

Beautiful traditional Japanese facilities, (no beds, tatami and matrez, but really comfortable). Excellent, kind and helpful staff. Excellent onsens (thermal water indoors pools for japanese bath gender separated; you can rent for extra money a private one next door that you can go with your couple) The best traditional japanese food I had in japan (IT's a lot, in variety, quantity and quality) The location is a little far away from the train station and from de matsumoto castle, but around 10 to 15min in taxi and less than 15USD For tourist, Matsumoto probably need 1 morning or one afternoon, and you can move to the next city, but this ryokan Is one of the nicest places I stayed in japan (and ask to the staff for coordinate a shiatsu massage, the best a get in all japan), so, I recommend seeing matsumoto in the morning, and stay the afternoon and 1 night here, for relax and enjoy the best ryokan experience ever at good price さらに表示

The room is comfortable and traditional. The people is nice and helpful. For the basic room, there is only toilet but no bathroom. It has to use the public Japanese style washing area, but there is also a private room for bath and SPA( book in advance in the hotel, cost 2500yen for 45min) さらに表示

We only stayed 1 night but it was great to stay in a traditional Japanese Inn. The bed (hard slim mattress on the floor) was a little uncomfortable, but the complex, staff, food, onsen were superb. さらに表示

We had a great time. When you compare the value of a fairly basic Ryokan in Tsumago or Magome it is is chalk and cheese. It was excellent. The food is amazing, very refined. さらに表示

We very much enjoyed our stay at this wonderful Ryokan. Very welcomimg and friendly- English speaking- host that showed us around fully, and exlained everything. The meals where lavish, beautifully served and endless in quantity it seemed, so come hungry! Very recommended for a full traditional ryokan experience! さらに表示

日本中部之行最惊喜的一家酒店，非常高的性价比。房间比我们想象得大很多，卫浴和各种设施都很齐全，传统的日式房间，三层楼竟然还安装了电梯。而且得知我带着行动不便的老人，特意安排了电梯旁边的房间。晚餐和早餐都非常丰盛和精致，服务人员的英文很流利，还有一位好像可以说中文的。从我们入住就开始做各种介绍，还有好喝的当地的一种香菇和胡椒粉混合在一起的有咸味儿的茶，味道浓郁美味。晚餐的时候，一道道的精致菜品挨个呈上，服务人员会解释具体的原料都有哪些，服务非常周到，自家酿制的混合葡萄酒和米酒也都很好喝，爬完立山之后的绝佳休息场所，饱餐一顿。早饭也丰盛的不得了，一道道菜品有怀石水准，自制的豆腐特别美味。露天风吕虽然不大，但一般人不多，使用起来很方便，还可以加一点钱享受私人风吕，性价比非常高。酒店虽然不是很大，但一应俱全，小院里还有单独泡脚和喝茶喝咖啡的地方。饱餐了一顿晚餐之后回到房间还给准备了寿司夜宵；早餐后还有小点心和咖啡喝，真是太丰盛了。这次时间较短，后面一定要再来徒步一次立山，并在这家温馨的像家一样的温泉酒店一定要多住几天。 さらに表示
