贅沢な時間を過ごしました。 ウェルカムドリンクでビールをいただき、ゆっくりチェックイン。 夕食は2時間もかけてゆっくり個室で。湯波は絶品‼️ 部屋へ戻りデッキに出れば、風と葉の揺れる音と水の音しか聞こえません。畳の香りのする和洋室で、美顔器まであります。 漫画やCDも借りられ、別室でくつろぐことができます。 露天風呂では紅葉が楽しめ、朝のお風呂上がりには、新鮮な牛乳をいただけます。 朝食も個室で。 送迎バスもきめ細かい心遣いで対応していただきました。 スタッフも最高。日光へ行くときは必ず再訪します さらに表示

エントランスに車を停めたとたん、スタッフがすぐに荷物を持ち、車を駐車場まで移動してくれた。アメリカでは当たり前の事だけど、日本でこんな対応はほぼ初めて！！しかも日光のホテルで、とても気分よくチェックインし、また滞在する事が出来た。 また泊まりたい。 さらに表示

今回で4回目になります。最初の2回はサービスが素晴らしくリピートしたいと思いました。しかし今回は、あまりスペシャル感がありませんでした。特に中居さんが質問しても紋切り型で返事が返ってくるだけでホスピタリティをあまり感じませんでした。次はアクアに泊まっても良いかなと思い質問しても、泊まって欲しいと言う情熱は感じませんでした。また最初の2回は、夕食を部屋に運んでもらっていたので、ゆっくりCDを聴きながら楽しむことが出来ましたが、今回は厨房のガチャガチャ聞こえる中での食事でした。特別にされていると言う感じがあまりしなかったので、リピートは少し考えます。鬼怒川観光について質問をした時に、おすすめのレストランを紹介してくれたフロントの若い女性(ランチ行かせて頂きました。)や写真を取ってくれた女性には、ホスピタリ ティを感じました。 さらに表示

担当の中居さんが付いたら 対応、環境素晴らしいのひとこと。 ご飯もとても美味しい。 ご飯も全室個室。 部屋に風呂も付いてましたが 貸切風呂一部屋2000円。(安い！) 大浴場脇のレストスペースでドリンクフリー 冷蔵庫もごちゃごちゃ入ってないでフリーの水のみ。自販機でお酒売ってますがそこまで高くない。 ファミリー、カップル、シングル なんでも良いと思います。 さらに表示

大人数を収容するようなホテルではないので、とても静かでのんびり過ごすことができました。 お食事も個室タイプで話をしやすい＆聞き取りやすくて良かったです。 外国人スタッフの方が多くいらして、聞き間違いがあったことが少しだけ残念でしたが、 一生懸命働いていらっしゃるのでそこは大目に見た方が良いのかもしれません。 さらに表示

The hotels, hotspring is clean and nice, the staffs are helpful and polite as what you can expect from Japanese ryokan standard. But it's a bit pricy compare to other ryokan hotel of similar quality maybe because it's closer to Tokyo さらに表示

Staffs were very friendly. We were given recommendations on where to go and how to proceed to hike. Shuttle service is provided. Room was perfect. Loved soaking in our in-room onsen :) Facilities in the ryokan was good. Would have liked to spent more time utilising their facilities! Onsen and dinner is awesome, and its service is professional and friendly in every details. We have a very comfortable stay in Nikko and its sweet service and food really made us like at home. The shuttle bus also pickup us in Nikko station on time and lovely driver also helps us a lot. Will choose this hotel again for sure さらに表示

The hotel is very Japanese in its setting. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, and 100% Japanese. Room is tastefully decorated, and had a great view on the mountains. Public bath (onsen) was a great experience. The shuttle service is very convenient. さらに表示

We felt well taken care of the minute we were picked up by the hotel manager at the train station. He offered plenty of tips about attractions around Nikko while processing our check-in, and seemed very dedicated to ensuring we had the best possible time. Dinner and breakfast were amazing - full of lovely touches and attention to detail. Service was always attentive but not overbearing, and the room had everything we could have wanted. The location: it‘s a bit antipodal to the railway station (depending on Traffic up to 20’) but this assured a splendid surrounding with lots of space in pure nature. The offered shuttle service took me to the sightseeing spots and from and to the station. People are extremely friendly and helpful and the food is of very high quality. Unfortunately, we only stayed at this hotel for 2 nights...I wish we stayed for a week. The staff was very nice and welcomed us upon arrival with some tea. The hotel is simple, elegant, beautiful, quiet and very Japanese. The food was excellent and floor to ceiling windows are plentiful. The best part was our room, which was vey clean and had a view of the gardens. We hated to leave. さらに表示
