非常に満足
今回、3泊の旅行に利用させていただきました。 去年できたばかりとあって、とてもきれいな施設でした。 内装も白のフローリングが明るくて、子供達が、ここに住みたい！ととても気に入っていました。 一通り揃っているので、近くのコンビニで買ってきたお蕎麦を茹でたり、お弁当を温めたりでき、使った食器もちゃんと洗うことができてよかったです。（ホテルだと水ですすぐしかできないので） 早速子供が服を汚してしまったので、洗濯機も役に立ちました！ こうだったらもっと良かった点 ・浴槽に砂のような黒い粒があった。 洗面所の扉のレール部分にゴミがたくさん。トイレの手洗い部分もホコリがあったので、お掃除をもう少し細部までしてほしいです。クリーニング代も払っているのですし。 ・お風呂掃除のスポンジと、ちりとり、ほうきがあれば、もっと良かったです。 備品のワイパーのウェットシートだけでは、とりきれないので。 ・洗濯物を干すハンガーがあり、助かりましたが、靴下等を干すのに、ピンチハンガー（洗濯ばさみがついたもの）などがあると助かるなぁと思いました。 ・到着前に送信されてくる説明書が、日本語でなく、わかりづらかったです。 タブレットでのチェックインも、日本語入力の仕方がわからず、使いにくかった。 全体的には、満足です！ 家に帰ったようで、とてもくつろげました。 また、利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

夜遅い時間にわからないことがあり、電話したらすぐに出ていただき対応していただきました。 綺麗な部屋で、普通に生活できるレベルの設備が備えているので、長期の滞在も良いかも。 今度出張の際にも利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

Pro, AB&B type accommodation. Having a Seven-Eleven store nearby was very convenient . Short walk to a laundromat and a train station. Con, queen size bed were too small for us (2 person per bed). Only one blanket was provided per bed which was very inconvenient and no extra pillow. Was not informed after booking that Minowa administration would be send check-in information and details few days before check-in date. Was caught by surprise as we arrived at the hotel after 6 PM and no one was around to help us. Actually we didn't see any one at the reception area during our whole stay. Luckily we managed to connect to the hotel wifi to check email. Overall a no fuss hotel with basic AB&B type amenities. さらに表示

Very helpful staff at one minowa as u could stay in touch with them using WeChat , Line or what apps, generally feeling safe at Minowa district and convenience store is just nearby...about 500m away from the train station so can save a lot of money on transportation. Highly recommended! さらに表示

I am traveling together with my HADO team member which is a total of 6, we are satisfy with the instruction of checked-in and also the cleanliness of the room. And after is just some comments to the next traveller staying in One Minowa, on the way to One Minowa there's a 650m of walk, kindly take note. さらに表示

About 12 mins walk to Minowa Station exit 3. There is a good Udon restaurant about 5 mins walk and a 7-11 nearby. さらに表示

It's our first time stay in Tokyo, and choosing One Minowa is indeed a satisfactory one of the overall cleanliness that I could ever expected. We were accommodated a room which was mentioned via the online conversation. It left us a sweet memories and we will make a comeback to One Minowa again, hopefully on the next winter season in year to come. Thumbs up, One Minowa. さらに表示

The location was not suitable for the family with senior citizen, far from the station. Couldn't contact and find the staff for baggage storage. さらに表示

Location: The one year old apartment is a little bit of a walking from the nearest train station (Minowa), probably 10-15 minutes, but the neighborhood is safe even for walking at night. There's a Seven Eleven within 100 meters, and a McDonalds and Familymart in the big intersection near the station. Don't forget to go to the center of Tokyo you have to go through the station entrance across when you came the first time. Both entrance have elevators so pram-friendly. Even have bridges to cross the street with elevators. It's pretty close to Asakusa district, only a few bus stops (one tap using Pasmo) where I usually go to get some food if I don't want to venture too far. By train, it's close (two stops) to Akihabara station using the Hibiya line. Facilities: Superb facilities (for the 2 twin bed rooms) as in large room with almost complete facility. They provide ample of space for the kids to move around in the apartment, with a bathroom with a washing machine in the next room. さらに表示

優點： （1）離日比谷線三之輪站走路約10分鐘內 （2）室內空間大、給的廚具跟衛生紙很多 （3）提供室內拖跟雨傘 （4）床蠻軟的 缺點 （1）多要一條棉被要加2000日幣 （2）地板不是很乾淨 （3）鍋具沒有洗乾淨都油油的 （4）最後一天已經提前傳LINE請旅館人員 幫忙叫計程車，一開始說好，後面開 始推託，第一次推說要等20分鐘車才 會來-我說可以的請幫忙叫車只要盡快 就好，第二次推說計程車不能指定車款 我也說可以，第三次推說會收取500日 幣叫車費喔-我也說可以，第四次直接叫 我們路邊自己攔比較快，我當場傻眼！ 綜合以上⋯一開始一點點缺點我都還可以接受，也可能下次去再住，但最後退房時遇到叫車事件，我不會再去住第二次！ さらに表示
