非常に満足
急な温泉旅行だったのでどこのホテルも満室でしたが結果良かったです。 温泉街へのシャトルバスを使わなくても歩いていけます。 カニは外の飲食店で食べたので、ホテルでは子供の好きなビュッフェで大満足です。 お値段も安いし、広くて綺麗なお部屋なので老舗の古い旅館へ泊まるより良いかも。 さらに表示

Stayed 1N with both breakfast and dinner for 4 pax. Room was quite spacious. No lady in kimono to bring us to our room. Futons were already laid out when we got into room. Buffet dinner was not exciting at all, no crab, only one so so shrimp. Buffet breakfast was better. NO spray for clothings. Big metal kitchen sink for bathtub. The staff spoke very limited english, so communication is a little bit difficult, but they are all very helpful and friendly. Location is a little far from the train station - but there's a pickup service, so no issue. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. There was a wide variety of food choices (special mention to the beef served during dinner!). Overall, really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely be back if we visit Kinosaki again. さらに表示

The hotel is located in the mid level of the hill - 5 minutes driving distance from Kinosaki Train Station, but it provides shuttle bus to bring you to the city of Kinosaki in the afternoon till evening time. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There are two Onsens inside the hotel, in general, they are OK. Breakfast and buffet dinner are included in the room price, foods provided are better than expected. Really a good choice if you want to stay a night in Kinosaki. さらに表示

This hotel is pretty disappointing. It is old and the food for the buffet was below average. It is also about a 10 minute walk from the town. On top of this as I have a tattoo I was not able to use the onsen. This would be fine ordinarily, but the rooms did not have showers or baths. The tattoo ban was not mentioned on the website or on agoda. The public baths in town do allow them though. さらに表示

The hotel is outside the popular street Where Travellers walk on. Although There is a shuttle bus driven to each onsen in the city, We found that walking was more convenient and we could explore the city. Our room was Japanese style with no shower but when we booked it didn’t say anything about no shower. So we have to use the public bath in the hotel where there is the onsen As well. It was a bit inconvenient but we were OK with it. About the dinner there was a wide selection of dishes from sushi, sashimi to nice mini steak. Staffs were friendly but they didn’t speak English much. The futon was comfy. If you want yukata robe, You have to go downstairs to get the basket and the cloths. さらに表示

The price include breakfast and dinner. The food is buffet with ok quality. Staffs can barely speak English. No response when we sent email in English to them. The phone no has no response too. We wish to ask about SHUTTLE BUS from Kinosakionsen station. Finally, Agoda staff help us to figure out. There are shuttle buses, you just have to approach staff in front of the train exit and tell them your hotel name. The hotel is a bit far from other Onsens but it is walkable.
