仕事柄、国内・海外問わずホテルにはよく宿泊しますが、今回のようなことは初めてです。 ①客前にも拘わらず、インカムで大きな声で会話している（使い方を教えたほうが良いのでは？） ②部屋に最初から布団が引かれ、座卓は部屋の隅に置かれているホテル・旅館は初めて（どのように寛げと？） ③朝食は7:00～8:30ということで7:40に会場に行くと、満席で入れず30分フロントで待たされた（であれば時間制にすべきでは？） ④スタッフ同士のおしゃべりが多い 施設は清潔ですし露天風呂も非常に良かったので、とても残念な旅行になってしまいました。 さらに表示

First of all, the tatami room. The tatami room was exceptional. The room was fairly spacious, with separate bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet, 2 futons, a dining table and a small tea table with a window view of Mount Fuji. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the beautiful lake, where you can see Mount Fuji as well. From there you can take a sightseeing bus to Saiko Lake and Aokigahara. The hotel also has a drop off service to Kawaguchiko station (reservation can be made at front desk). The Japanese breakfast was a new experience for us. The private Ryokan was also a new experience for us (3,000 yen per 50 minutes). Will definitely come back for the extraordinary experience and friendly staffs! さらに表示

The most impress thing in here is Onsen, there are many zone of Onsen with a very good view and you can book private Onsen as well. The hotel is not new but it's very clean. Staff can communicate in English very well. We book Japanese style room which included breakfast, the room was perfect as same as we're looking but we're very disappointed with the breakfast because we thought it should be Japanese breakfast set for each room but it just a buffet breakfast like other hotel and the quality are so so. さらに表示

The room cleanliness is satisfactory. Staff performance is great as all of them are helpful and responsive. Easy to locate the hotel. However, there is no hot spring water provided in the room. If you need hot spring, you have to go to the public one or book private one for 50 mins. さらに表示

Not the best but a good ryokan experience! Very big room with Mt.Fuji view (not like the pictures, but Ok). Two kind of public baths and private hot spring for couples (extra charge for reservation). 10 min walking from Kawaguchiko St. The performance and hospitality of the staff were beyond our expectations. We booked conventional western style double which was a mistake, very small. This is a classic Ryokan Japanese style hotel and you should book Japanese style room. All the facilities support this with excellent Japanese baths, very traditional. The location was perfect with good access through the local town and lake. さらに表示

It's approximately 100 km from Tokyo which makes it pretty accessible, if you rent a car then the drive is awesome or horrible depending on your view of winding twisty mountain roads. The roads leading up to the area are exactly like the Initial D arcade game. Although the distance is short, the actual drive was 3 hours, I didn't use the express way as it was a toll. The bus ride is 1.5 hours though. The rooms are clean, although a bit dated. The value is amazing, the Annex rooms have a perfect view of Mt. Fuji. The food is fairly good. The staff I made contact with were extremely nice! Facilities, there are 2 public baths, 1 private reserve bath, and of course your personal bath in your room. The area has a beautiful lake, and has some temples in the area. I would definitely plan on a 1-2 day stay in the area. さらに表示

A little way around the lake from town centre, this hotel was a good hub to cycle around to see the Cherry Blossoms. We had a big room, non-Fuji facing and it was clean and comfortable. Though it was a smoking room (make sure you request non smoking if that bothers you - we forgot but left the windows opened a while and it didn't both us too much). If you're after a traditional onsen experience, the 5th floor was wonderful (separate sex) and had a great view of Fuji. We loved the outdoor springs as well, they were very relaxing. If you're a couple it's worth booking the private onsen for an hour too - no view of Fuji but you can enjoy together! さらに表示

Though my friend and I only stayed at Ooike Hotel for one night, we had such a lovely time here! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room had a nice homely feel to it. The highlights of our stay were definitely the two onsens - one with a view of Mount Fuji. A relaxing onsen combined with a Fuji view is a quintessential experience in Japan that I'd recommend to anyone! One thing to note is that the hotel is definitely a taxi ride away from the heart of town. My friend and I foolishly thought we could walk there - from the train station, with our suitcases, in midwinter - and we were so wrong. It's a short distance, but there are too many hilly streets and winding alleys to make it an easy walk. But I promise that the taxi fare will be well worth it for this charming hotel. さらに表示

Hotel has a nice outdoor onsen and a onsen on the 5th floor with a view of mt fuji that is included with your stay. Our room was very nice with tatami mats and sliding doors, and it had a view of mt fuji (3rd floor). The staff are very friendly and spoke decent english. The hotel is a 2 minute walk away from the sightseeing bus stop which is nice, but getting to kawaguchiko station is a bit of a walk (15-20 min). Amazing view of mt Fuji from our room tub! The hotel was really thoughtful and kept our tub hot with the water running when we entered the room. The pick up from kawaguchiko station was smooth. The staffs at the tourist information counter at kawaguchiko station will phone the hotel for us and the transport pick up is just a 5 mins wait and less than a 5 mins drive to the hotel. The meals offered by the hotel comes in many cute looking small plates, traditional jap food, mostly sashimi jap style. It was quite a spread! We enjoyed our experience there and would definitely recommend it too! さらに表示

this is my 3rd time staying at this hotel^^ i love the out-door and in-door onsen. The room is a bit small but its like other businese hotels in Japan. The staff is nice and hospitality. If u arrive at Kawaguchiko statiin after 2pm,the hotel has a service pick u up at stn(first u have to go to Information Center and the staff will call to the hotel ) there is a free shuttle van to take you to Kawaguchiko station at 9.00,9.30 and 10.00am さらに表示

Hotel provides free pick-up from Kawaguchiko Station, hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Besides, we had the private onsen, the onsen is great and is very well equipped with toiletries. I actually love the green tea shower gel, it smells so good. It was a great experience! It will be better if Hotel provides earlier drop-off service say 8am to Kawaguchiko Station. さらに表示

It was a good experience. Room was not small and provided nice yokata and personal care items. However, there was water left in the kettle and the fridge smelled bad. Of course, I didn't use the kettle and fridge. The staff were super friendly and professional. We paid for the private bath (3240 yen for 50 minutes). It was an interesting experience. さらに表示
