Only 1 minute to nipponbashi station. 5 minute walk to kuromon market. Clean and complete apartment. At first day, the room is a smelly because of the previous guest body odour. But after we opened all windows, the smell is gone by next day. Its a good place overall, my kids really happy to stay there. さらに表示

Nice cosy apartment hotel. Conveniently located within 3-5 mins walk from the Nippombashi train station. Lots of eateries around the hotel. With 10 minutes walk to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi or 2 train stations away. さらに表示

the location of this hotel/apartment is superb, it’s a few steps from station, take exit 6. you can walk to dotonburi, shinsaibashi, kurumon market. it’s totally great. it’s so lively. try the evening walk along the small river from dotonburi to hotel. there are restaurants beside the hotel on the left and right side. great for breakfast too. the only downside is at night you can hear the sound of the street, there’s one night at my stay the worker is drilling a hole in the street it’s 2 am in the morning so can’t sleep at all i’m a light sleeper so it’s not a good rest. but my family sleeps soundly not bother by it. so, overall it’s a great stay. at check in, the staff let us check in early because the room is ready, she even explains the places to go around the hotel. very helpful.. at check out, the staff kept our luggage downstairs until evening we go to airport. so, thumbs up. no need for coin locker. thank you, ookini. さらに表示

This hotel is in such a great location. There are restaurants left and right as well as a 7eleven and Family Mart. The subway is just beside and Namba Walk is also just below. Dotonbori is also about a block away and so is Kuromon Market. No complaints from us. さらに表示

I was surprised at the location of the hotel! Dotonburi is a block away and Nipponbashi Station is about 20 steps from the hotel. Room is spacious and has everything you need including pocket wifi that you can take with you when you explore Osaka. Kudos to the staff who was very helpful in my inquiries. We had the best stay in this accommodation. I had a lot of queries before our check-in and they were very responsive and the details given were clear (location, how to access, luggage storage, etc). The location - right next to a train station. Near the best tourist spots and shopping centers (Dotonbori, Denden town, Kuromon market). Staff were all friendly and nice. They have provided pocket wifi which helped us while on tour within the city. The room was clean and very spacious. It's a home away from home. The only con is they don't have restroom in the ground floor (reception) and hopefully they can also have a water dispenser. さらに表示

We liked the location, so close to the river and the shops and the restaurants. Room was not particularly luxury and need to walk pass the living area to reach the toilet but the kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for a family to save some money on food. さらに表示

Spent 6 days in Osaka travelling with young kids and an elderly. This hotel did not disappoint. It is Spot on in terms of location (sandwiched between 7-11 and Family Mart, Dotonbori and Kuromon Market). Everything we wanted and needed, this hotel delivered. I encountered a problem with our Agoda booking but Ookini's staff extended extra effort and stayed extra hours at work to help us out. She did not leave until the problem was resolved. I think she went over and beyond her duties to make sure that we were checked in properly. Location is perfect - there are 4 stations that are a few steps away, Dotonbori is a comfortable walking distance, Kurumon market is very near as well. There is a 7/11 and FamilyMart a few steps from the property. I would definitely stay at this property again when we travel to Osaka. さらに表示

Hotel is next to the Nippombashi Station and easy access to Namba Walk and close to Dōtonbori. Room is spacious but the layout is odd as it has long hallway thus it is not easy to place your luggage if you have many and with children. Two thumbs up for Ookini. It is very accessible to Nipponbashi Station, a subway, which is important when you are in Japan as you will be riding trains all the time wherever you are going, and less than 5mins. walk to Dotonbori. Namba Station, a main train station, is also a 10min. walk. Didn’t mind walking a lot as it is cold during our stay. It has several nearby restaurants that open until late at night. There are also convenience stores close to the apartment such as 7 eleven and Family Mart. We stayed in a family room and it is well maintained with top notch facilities (as usual all over Japan). Room size is quite big compared to hotels in Japan and just enough for 4pax. Though if you are tall, the bathroom which has low ceiling might be a problem. Overall, we had a meaningful and pleasant stay. We’ll surely be back! さらに表示
