ロケーションも道頓堀や心斎橋に近く、地下鉄の駅も近いのでアクセスが便利です。 お部屋はとても綺麗で、使いやすく、最高でした。チェックインが夜遅くだったのですが、エアコンでお部屋を暖かくしておいてくださり、心遣いが嬉しかった。 すぐ隣にコンビニがあり、wifiも自由に使え、とても過ごし易かったです。 割引キャンペーンでとても安く利用できて、本当に満足です。 さらに表示

Room is quite spacious. The bathroom is small though and cold. No bidet and no heated toilet seat. Location is very close to subway and Lawson is right downstairs. Since this is an apartment, no daily cleaning or fresh towels. There is a big couch in the room. Pros: free pocket wifi. さらに表示

Firstly this is not a hotel contrary to its name. It does not have a front desk, daily housekeeping services or any hotel facility. I believe cleaning services will be provided if you stay more than 3 days to replenish hotel amenities. Location wise it is very convenient. A short walk 10min to Shinsaibashi shipping district. Less than 5min to nearest Nagahoribashi Station (exit 3 is nearest but does not have elevator access, do take note if you have heavy luggage. For elevator access, you need to take exit 3 of Shinsaibashi Station which is connected to Nagahoribashi Station). Lawson mininart is just next to the entrance of the hotel. There are a few local eateries within 2 minutes walk. Room wise it is good, clean and spacious. I took a double room so it came with a double bed. Room is furnished with a 2 seater sofa, a rather huge table and TV (only locals channels available). It's big enough for me to open a 30inch luggage and still have room to walk around. The bed mattress is OK but pillow too soft. The toilet is rather small but clean and adequate with basic amenities like kettle, complementary water, toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo provided. This hotel has a self check in process where the staff will send you email on access code for the building and your room. With that you are basically all set. It was generally a pleasant stay as location was convenient and away from the crowd so it's quiet at night. Room was clean, spacious and if you're not particular on hotel facilities, this is would be a perfect stay for the night as it's one of the most affordable one around. さらに表示

The hotel was overall average. There were clean towels and heat that kept us warm and dry. However, there were some inconveniences. We didn’t have enough hooks to hang the clean towels; we didn’t have enough clean towels and there weren’t space for placing stuff in the bathroom. The bathroom lacked a sanitary trash can, the beds were hard and springy-I woke up almost everyday with sore shoulders and a sore back. The wall was so thin that we were waken up at midnight by the noise from next door. All in all, the room was really very dusty that wasn’t what I expected. The only good point was it’s location and it’s spacious. We definitely won’t choose this hotel again. さらに表示

It’s within waking distance from one of the train station, but the location is out from Shinsaibashi and dotonburi (tourist spot which call shopping and food paradise) is like one to the other end. No room cleaning during the whole entires stay. But the rest like room facilities (no washing machine), cleanliness is still fine. Won’t be back on this stay if we are here in Osaka again. さらに表示

It was a good and pleasant experience staying in Ookini apartment. No problem at all when checking in and even though i have to change room type after staying in the studio suite and change to Superior apartment. A big Thank you to Ookini management to allowed me to check-in early when i arrived in the morning around 11am after a long over night flight to osaka. The housekeeping staff were so kind to help us to move the luggage to the room and even when i change my room type on the 3rd day. Very clean and nice apartment , our family just love it. Location was great too, near shisaibashi & walking distance to dotombori. We will definately stay here when we come back next year to visit OSAKA again. Thank YOU ! And keep up the good job. despite a bit confused with the direction given to the apartments and the charger for the wifi pocket was not working well, but we had a good stay!! within the price range, this is no doubt worth the money, 22sm size of the room is consider big in Japan and just nice for us with a 6 months old baby. Very good location, located slight off the busy street of Shinsaibasi, allow us to walk from there to Dotonbori and Namba. さらに表示

My apartment was larger than most Japanese hotels. It had a lounge setting and balcony. The bathroom was small but well equipped. The self checkin works well. There is a subway station next door but I would recommend taking a taxi from the main JR station. It is a short walk to the restaurant strips. Good value for money. I would stay here again. さらに表示
