入口から入った後、受付が分からず右往左往。何度か出たり入ったりしてしまいました💦 でも、とてもお掃除の行き届いたホテルと、素敵なロケーションで気持ちが上がりました。シャンプー リンスのチョイスが良くて、直ぐに同じ物が欲しくなりました。 割引料金でお泊り出来たのですが、朝食のお値段が少し高めで、結果的にいー値段になっちゃいました。 何ヶ月ぶりかに会えた子どもと、素敵な旅行が出来ました。有難うございました。 さらに表示

The hotel is closed to the exit of the Metro Station but it takes at least 8 minutes for walking from the platform to the exit. Apart from that, it is a great hotel with its design and the services provided by the staff. さらに表示

New hotel everything is new. Location wise, it's within the shopping district of Shinsabashi and close to many different restaurants. If you travel with lots of luggage it is a little cumbersome using the metro to get to the hotel. However, once you know your way it becomes very easy. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. I stayed in a triple room with my family and have enough space for 2 large suitcase plus room to move around. I particularly like the bathroom, it comes with a bathtub if you want to relax or the shower to freshen up. The bathroom is big and comes with everything you need. Staffs are friendly, and are good in English. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Osaka. Recommended さらに表示

My first time ever in Osaka and found this new gem hotel that was recently built. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels and this one is 11/10! It’s right next to the train station as well as the popular attractions like dontonbori, Shinsaibashisuji street, 7/11 is right around the corner. The service is exceptional! They clean our room on time every day as well as fold our messy clothes on the floor for us! The room is super clean, very spacious, bathroom is very nice! It made coming back to our hotel from a big day out so relaxing. The lobby is so pretty with a bar and restaurant there too! This new hotel is seriously the best in Osaka! さらに表示

The room was very spacious in Japan standard. The hotel was in a great location, close to the metro station and lots of convenient stores. Room rate was ideal too. However, the hotel staff didn't offer too much help when we were looking for doctors since one of our family members had fever and severe stomachache. We ended up finding a doctor online by ourselves and asked the front desk to help call the clinic to see if they were open. Other than that, everything was great. Would love to recommend this place to friends (as long as they don't get sick!) さらに表示

Best hotel we stayed at during the 3 weeks we were in Japan. Just 5-7 mins walks from the nearest metro. We liked that we were not in the heart of Dotonbori but that the hotel was still within walking distance or a couple of metro stops away. Also within walking distance to Americamura. Hotel was very clean, great bed and pillows and with great views of the city and mountains in the distance. Good size for a room in Japan. We had more than enough space for our big luggage. The hotel is new and provides great service. There are always additional towels and they served sake on New year's Day too. Love the lighting options by the bedside. The room is very well designed with bath tub and shower and a separate toilet. The station is 5 mins walk and you can also walk to Shinsaibashi in 15 mins which is also nice on a cool day. 7 eleven is just across the road. Love the stay! さらに表示

Overall is quite ok. The room is very clean but I think it applies to all the hotel in Japan. The staff is not really as helpful as what I expect. I did the check-in with my friends, we all booked our own room. However, the manager (a male young one) just did the room check in for my friend only and they expected us to stay in the same room. I need to clarified that we submitted two agoda booking confirmation with two passports to him. The setting is so innovative that all residents and visitors should interchange the lift on the 16/F lobby. Some people think it provide high privacy but I think it is more inconvenience instead. さらに表示
