チェックイン時から、笑顔で迎え入れでいただき、とてもいい印象でした。室内温度も適度に調整されており、寒い時期にお世話になりましたが、入館したときから、ホッとしました。簡単な説明を受け、部屋へ案内されました。布団ベットは比較的新しく、清潔で、とても快適でした。出張で使わせて貰いましたが、夜はぐっすり寝れました。共有スペースも充実しており、他の宿泊客と会話を楽しめました。あえて欲を言うと、バススペースのマット、備え付けのタオルなどに柔軟剤、芳香剤が使われていたら、もっといいと思いました。コーヒーを何度も飲みましたが、湯沸かし器が、もう少し容量の大きいものだと助かります。ソフトはいいので、ハードをもう少し充実して頂けたら、パーフェクトです。またお世話になりたいです。 さらに表示

スタッフの対応が素晴らしくチェックイン時は温かく迎えてくれチェックイン時も荷物を玄関先まで運んで頂き、ホスピタリティに感謝します。 またホテル内も本当に綺麗で掃除のいき届いた部屋でした。ファシリティも充実しており、手ぶらで入っても大丈夫だと思います。 外国人のお客様も多いのでコミュニケーションを図る上でもいいと思いました。場所は難波駅と心斎橋駅の近くに位置しており、観光、ビジネスに良い場所だと思います。 さらに表示

フレンドリーなスタッフが常に笑顔で頑張っている。日本人よりも世界各国からのゲストのほうが多いようだ。元は料理屋が入っていたというキッチンおよび共有スペースは、カウンターがありユニーク。ドミトリーの冷房が効きすぎでやや寒かったが、多くのゲストハウスでありがちなことなのでやむをえないか。機会があればまた宿泊してみたい。 さらに表示

今回三泊しました。一人旅で女性ドミトリーにとまりました。シャワールーム、トイレは男女共有でしたがとても綺麗でした。 ドミトリーは六人制でしたがあまり、他の方と顔合わせることもなかったです。 人見知りの方にはいいかも？ 人見知りではない人でも、イベントなどもあったのでそちらに参加すれば国際交流にもなるかも? 今回駅も近くてとてもよかったです。 ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

受付の方が気さくで話しやすくて助かりました。 朝食（ミニサイズのパン）付きも魅力的です。 シャワールームというより、ホテルにあるバスルームですね。身体を洗うのに伸び伸びとできるのはありがたい。 ただ、トイレ、シャワールームの数は多くはないので混み合うと大変かもしれません。 また、泊まってみたいと思います。 さらに表示

Here is just like home. I really got relaxed and met nice people during that period. All of the staff I met were very nice and kind. I’ll visit here if I travel to Osaka again. And I always choose j-hoppers’ hostel, because everything was good when I visited. We loved the place, it is a bit of a travel from the city center but subway is close. Staff was very helpfull and room was comfortable. There is a comfortable common lounge and all facilities to prepare your meal. I only had to get used to going outdoors to get to the shower, as it was quite cold outside., but shower was nice and hot! :) さらに表示

The hostel was just a walk away from station, and also a walk away from Shinsaibashisuji and Dotombori, yes you can walk from here, so it is very accessible. We stayed in a ryokan, a very good experience to sleep in a comfortable futons! They have a home-like environment, they have a kitchen, lounge and stuffs. I think it is worth the price we paid. We were also assisted by a welcoming staff Mr. Nori that speaks in english, which was very helpful, he turned on the heater for us in our room and even drew us a sketch from the hostel going to dotonbori. So overall, it's a perfect place for our stay, will be staying here again if we go to Japan again. 😊 さらに表示

Overall a good stay as it’s bunk bed private room we booked. We took the airport limousine to Hotel Nikko Hotel Shinshaibashi and walked to the hostel, it was very near. Convenient to the shopping paradise for ladies. Food everywhere and near to train station. On weekend, we saw nice cool looking cars with big boom box playing loud music. Its near to McDonald. We enjoyed different sights and sound. The supermarket recommend was nothing to shout about as too many people go there so nothing much left. I suggest looking at google map and go to the further one which have so much to offer. さらに表示

There were some Thai guests during my stay that were quite disrespectful. Besides talking loudly on the phone past midnight, they allowed their male friend to come into the female dorm a number of times (early morning and late night). Staff should communicate better to all guests at check-in even though this may seem quite obvious. さらに表示

Good location, very convenient. Staff very nice, only in one night we need help for the aircon, cannot find staff. Even knock the staff room (it mentioned that if need help can knock the door). We have a freeze night on that day. Otherwise the place very good. Me and my hubby like the small bar and drinks very nice! Will stay again when we go back Osaka. さらに表示

I stayed at the hostel after reading some reviews and coincidentally I want to stay at Shinsaibashi area..so i booked a bed for three nights. Really love the location since Shinsaibashi Shopping Town is only a cross road away. The negative was since it was the crowded area so you’ll hear noisy sound till like 1-2am from the streets cos there are so many sake bar open during the night. さらに表示

Staff are very friendly and it is one of the best hostels in osaka! Excellent location in America Village and 3 minute walking to shinsaibashi station and Daimaru. Would recommend to my friends and family. Definitely will come back again. Thanks Hana hostel! さらに表示

We arrived at 8 PM and thankfully the staff spoke fluent English. We booked Twin Japanese Room. Although the room is quite small, it fulfills basic needs and the bathroom is adequate. Location is very close to 7eleven and Shinsaibashi Station, only short walk to Dotonbori area. If I can return to Osaka, I will surely stay here again! さらに表示
