The room was full of smoking smell. We paid over $400 for the room but was very disappointed with the smoking smell. We asked the staff about it and they just said that their facility was smoke free facility and they didn't do anything for us. We wouldn't sleep well at night because of the smoking smell. When we booked the room, it mentioned that it was a smoke free facility but in reality, it is not. If you are not a smoker, then don't book this hotel. さらに表示

As we were a group of 5 staying in one big japanese style room, the toilet heater was not functioning and during winter when we were there, you will be freezing while clearing your bowels or bladder. Space is good and kitchenette well equipped but we did not have the chance to use it as we were only there for a night. さらに表示

When I made booking via Agoda, there is NO option for me to choose dinner inclusive! When we check in, we were told there is no restaurant in the hotel, we have to walk 10-15 minutes for dinner under heavy snow for dinner! However the restaurant do have dinner for some guests! Furthermore, there is no bathroom inside the room, if anyone does not want to have hotspring, the guest still need to go to the public shower room to take shower. Hence the hotel only provide you ONE service, that is Hotspring only! Therefore if any of your company is not prepared for this, you better choose the real hot spring hotel outside Otaru. 我訂的是japanese style room 一進去房間, 整個煙味太重, 我們有個兩歲小孩隨行 打電話給櫃檯換房, 說沒房間只能提供除臭劑讓我們噴房間 但是煙味還是非常重, 在房間內呼吸很不舒服, 出房門身上都是煙味 房間夠大, check in入房後會有飯店服務人員過來房間鋪床 飯店內的泡湯池不錯, 是加分的一點 早餐是日式定食, 很多醃製品, 小孩不吃, 但旁邊還有提供一兩款烤麵包提供給住客使用 雖然飯店整理不錯, 但是住到這間吸菸房真的讓我扣分很多 agoda一般訂房的時候會有明確指出是禁菸房或吸菸房 這次訂房只顯示japanese style room 讓我疏忽是不是吸菸房 有意願要訂房的旅客請注意這一點! さらに表示
