１泊は１人で。２泊目は友人と宿泊。 駅からも飲み屋街にも、運河にも近く場所的に最高です。 お布団もフカフカでぐっすり眠れました。 誰かが浴室に入ると鍵をするので、洗面所も使用できず、朝は 浴室・洗面所の争奪戦のような順番待ち。 次回また小樽へ行く際は、是非利用したいですし、友人にもオススメしています。 さらに表示

Check in time listed is from 4pm till 9:30pm if not mistaken. received an email from guest house asking about check-in time. we were not really sure about the traffic so we gave a rough estimation of 5pm. By 6pm i received multiple emails from the staff, asking my whereabouts, telling me i'm late for 2 hours and demanding me to check-in first. Literally spoilt our day as we felt so pressured. It was summer and it was a hot day approx 21-23 degree celcius. The room is equipped with aircon but without the remote, so we asked if we can use the aircon. we were given a stern reply 'NO'.Stayed in japanese room, no table or mirror available. no basic amenities like towel or toothbrush/paste. This hotel location is within walking distance from the JR Otaru Station however hostel reception only open for check-in after 3pm. If you arrive earlier, u can only drop off your luggage in front of their hostel and come back later to check in. さらに表示

Located in between Otaru station and canal or Sakaimachi street, there's only one exit at Otaru station, walk straight till you see KFC, turn right after KFC (before Lawson) and the guest house is located on your right. The reception opens at 3pm, if you reach early, leave the luggage in front and come back before 10pm, the owner is a very nice lady, guests are allowed to use the pantry with free coffee😊 さらに表示

Staff came banging on my door at 9:30am to checkout while I was still packing. Checkout time was supposed to be 10. After I got all my bags I asked if they mind if I stay an extra 5 minutes to shower and pee and they sternly refused. This place has a pretty cosy atmosphere. The guests and staff were rather friendly and my 2 small kids felt quite at home, hanging out in the somewhat cluttered but neat common area. The triple room included a small, secluded bed which my 5 year old loved. Parking space was in their garage, which we were taught to self-operate. It has one of the smallest and most manual lift I have ever used but I consider it a plus to avoid lifting our luggage up the spiral stairs. We booked the japanese style room and it was nice.. very cold but it was good that they have heater.. we had a feeling of being in a home.. (downside: better if they have a big signage out of the building because we had a difficult time looking for the place) さらに表示

Check in is at 4pm which is too late as standard check in time is 3pm. From 10am to 4pm all guests should leave the guesthouse as they close the facility for cleaning. This is absurd as some guests want to take a rest beyond 10am and only go out at lunch time. The male dorm has no privacy. There is no curtain to separate each bed.
