オーナー＆スタッフが綺麗好きで本当に清潔な宿です。そして皆さん親切。駅から少し歩きますがロケーションもよく静かです。「お帰りなさい」そんな言葉をかけてもらえ「故郷に帰って来た」と思えるような宿。また小樽に来たら私はこの宿に泊まります。居心地が良すぎたので予定以上に連泊してしまいました(笑)。 さらに表示

足の悪い母との旅行で、立ち上がりやすいように二段ベッドの下の段に寝てもらうつもりだったのですが、私の確認不足で、下の段は床からの高さが充分にありませんでした。 急遽二段ベッドの部屋に簡易ベッドを入れていただき、とても助かりました。 別館で一緒になった、台湾からのご家族と朝食のテーブルを囲んだのは良い思い出です。 さらに表示

宿は素晴らしくて、400円プラスで朝食付きられます。ご飯が美味しくてコーヒーもあります。リビングルームがとっても綺麗... 場所的に少し駅から距離あって、荷物持ってて雪の中で歩いて行くとちょっと大変でした。 夜ご飯を外で食べたい時と帰りの時に、オーナーさんが車出して駅まで送ってもらい助かったです。 さらに表示

お墓参り先は 宿泊施設がなく 今回は小樽まで戻ろうと 思い 調べた時、、口コミが良かったのと料金も お盆期間でしたが 格安だったので 予約し 家族4人 世話になりました。 男女 シャワールームが別にあり 安心して 利用できます。 お部屋は 両脇に 2段ベッド が ２つありドレッサーやパイプハンガー、テーブル、姿見鏡も ありますが それでも 広く 綺麗です。お布団も清潔でした。 子供達も 気に入って 来年も ここに泊まりたいといってます。(Free wi-fiもサクサク！) オーナーさんもスタッフの男性も とてもとても 穏やかで 親切ですよぉ〜 一泊だけではなく 何泊も したくなる ゲストハウス！来年も よろしくお願いします。 さらに表示

This is the hotel you should try especially if you are driving or renting a car. The location is slightly far away from tourist spots like otaru canal, but the annex room japanese style i booked is spacious for 3 persons. toilets and bathrooms are sharing outside the room, cleanliness is good. A kitchen and a living room are available for you to have a cup of tea or coffee. The staffs are friendly and able to communicate in English. We stayed in a 4 bedroom dorm which which was huge and very comfortable. Though we were supposed to be booked into a smaller 2 person room, we were allowed to stay at the larger 4 person dorm throughout our stay there as there were no other guests at the 4 person dorm. The owner was very helpful and detailed and provides transfer to Otaru Station in the mornings. Beautiful view of Otaru city from the rooftop of the accommodation. さらに表示

Mr Morisaki and his staff goes all their way out to make us feel very at home. We watched the World Cup match (Japan vs Poland) over coffee and snacks. The home cooked breakfast is delicious and value for money. Although about 10-15 minutes walk from the Otaru Canal, it has a commanding roof top view which I like. The Japanese annex room was clean and the bathroom was shared, there was 2 bathroom and 2 toilet, the owner will wake up early morning to clean. The boss Morisaki-San was kind and friendly, everyday fetch us to the place that we want to go. And the morning breakfast was delicious! The guesthouse was quite far, so please take the taxi (about 520yen) from JR otaru station. さらに表示

The owner is very friendly and helpful in guiding. Very kind hearted. Breakfast at 400 yen is valuable for money. House facility is very advance. Slightly far from station for those who need to walk to the house. Taxi at 540 yen max is the best way to go from otaru station. I do recommend this place to all. They have very cute dog too. さらに表示

The man working there helped me and my friend in many ways and the property was super clean. I spent 2 nights in one of their traditional room, and I think that became one of the good experiences I could have in Japan. さらに表示

This room we reserved is very clean and has a nice view in the morning. the owner is so nice for taking us to the station in the morning even though we had to go there earlier than their regular taking time. Thank you so much. さらに表示

The owners and staff are very friendly and approachable who made you feel really like being in a "Guest House" than a simple hostel. It's a relatively small property than normal hostel, which is why it's a more "homey" place to stay. As a single traveler, the stay at this Guest House made my journey more enjoyable because I could have someone to share the journey with by the end of the day. The only thing is that the location is a little bit hard to access as it's kind of up on the hill, but the owner was very kind to offer transportation to Otaru station, and it only takes 500yen taxi from the station, so it was not so bad. If you plan to stay here, try taking a taxi instead of walking from the train station to the hostel. not easy as there is a steep hill along the way to the hostel. Owner will sent you back to the train station if you request for it. さらに表示
