登別温泉は最高の泉質です。大きなホテルもよいですが、こじんまりとしていて、落ち着いた大人の旅にはよいですよ。 食事も部屋食なので落ち着きますし、毛蟹の活き造り(生のお刺身)はとても美味でした。御料理はとても美味しい宿です。 浴場が小さいと感じる方がいると思いますが、混んではいませんでしたので、のんびりできました。 さらに表示

施設が古いのは予想していたが予想以上にひどい。トイレは水漏れしていたし部屋の風呂はカビが多く見られた。室内も壁紙がはがれてる箇所が多く窓の傘もカビだらけ。食事は夕食は良かったが朝食はがっかりした。温泉はこれまで行った登別の中では１番良かった。 さらに表示

The staffs are very friendly and kind with big smile on their faces. The room is clean and tidy. We ate the meals in the room with privacy. The onsen water is natural and full of mineral makes my skin smoothly. さらに表示

The facility is very traditional, a bit outdated in today’s standard. Also, as the cleaning takes place daily, there can be a chance you can either experience indoor onsen or outdoor onsen rather than both. It is a place to go if you are satisfied with traditional Japanese onsen experience さらに表示

Hotel is a bit small, but very neat clean and full with amazing staffs. I had very good experience staying at their hotel and onsen. It is a bit small compare to newer hotel, but their location is very close to every major attractions in Noboribetsu onsen. I would reccomend this place and definitely come back again if I visit Noboribetsu. さらに表示

It was our first onsen experience and we did not regret making a last minute decision to stay in noboribetsu overnight. It was also during low season so we had the place all to ourselves! We opted for the Kaiseki breakfast after we had a morning hike to the onsen source and foot bath (which is very near to the hotel by the way). The hotel is also tolerant with guests with tattoos, I have a half sleeve tattoo and they advised me to either cover the tattoo or use the facility later in the evening when there are no other guests around (a roll of kt tape did the trick!) Their staff spoke good english too! Overall it was an amazing experience in noboribetsu, I can only imagine the colors of winter/spring/autumn would bring to this lovely place - i wish to come back and stay again in Oyado Kiyomizuya. さらに表示

The hotel is right next to the hell valley. The hot spring bath was reasonable sized and the room size was ok. Pros: friendly staff, good enough English, valet parking service Cons: the spray bits of the toilet seat was not quite clean as I could see visible mould and the toilet room is a bit old. さらに表示

After we booked this onsen ryokan, we realized that this is the same accommodation we stayed some 6 years ago, during summer! Winter (from 1 Dec), it gets really pricey, with kaiseki dinner ... There were 3 of us - hubby & 16yo tall boy. We booked a Japanese room with 8 tatami (a little tight) and were upgraded to a room with a separate room with 2 western beds! Dinner & breakfast were served in the room. Both meals were exceptional! Worth the $$$$$ Onsen was great with outdoor tub facing the hills. Really good stay! Highly recommended. It is within 1km to the natural foot bath (slightly uphill) and also within 3-5mins of the main shopping street. Noboribetsu is pretty compact ... shopping street (walk from bus terminal, though we drove), through the Hell Valley hikes and then to the natural foot bath ... a nice round trip ... さらに表示

Nice tatami room, friendly staff. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor onsens. There are lesser guests as compared to other popular hotels nearby which also means I can use the onsens alone sometimes or share with only few people. The airport bus station to CTS airport just 1 min away from the hotel. さらに表示
