無人のフロントにオートロックの入り口、ミニキッチンというには申し訳無い広めの綺麗なキッチン、冷蔵庫に湯沸かしポットに加え　電子レンジと洗濯機　乾燥室になるバスルームは　観光でなく出張で連泊する私達にはお気楽極楽でした。でも雨が降ると　ずっと何処かに当る雨音が聞こえます。パッと見は　新しい建物なので綺麗だけど　ルーバー、家具との隙間、テレビのリモコン等々　埃汚れが結構ひどいかも　リモコンを消毒したついでに　除菌シート使いまくり　快適な1週間を過ごしました。 さらに表示

全てが清潔でした。独立した部屋もあり、アメニティもしっかりとあり(ゲストハウスなのに！)大満足でした。チェックイン、アウト共に無人で出来るのでとてもスムースでよかったです。(ホステルの誰にも合っていないので、上の満足度の星は半分にしてます)ハイブリッド！な印象です。また泊まりたいです。 さらに表示

Wow in Japan it’s really hard to find a large space but here I booked a deluxe room for 6 and it was massive. The space had 2 sleeping areas. A bedroom with a double and in the main room had 2 doubles side by side with a little kitchen table next to kitchen space. Its modern and looks like a newer building. The space had a working tv and you could also watch tv in the bath. A few bus stops are 5-10mins walk, not as many metro/subways/trams in Kyoto. Only con I found is the hallways of the buildings, it smells off, like mold or mildew. Regardless you really get your money’s worth here. I would stay again! さらに表示

would stay here again! very cozy stay with all the amenities needed. room was modern and clean. front desk staff was not present at late night hours, however they are accessible via phone (for emergencies) and it did not affect our check in process. 5 stars! さらに表示

Pros: easy to get to from Kyoto Station. Very clean space and very quiet. Really appreciate the availability of the laundry machine right inside the room. Didn't have time to use the stove, but it's nice that it's available even though you have to rent the utensils. Cons: almost none. Exceeded our expectation by a lot, considering the price we pay for a family room. Tidy, clean, basic and very quiet. Staff was very friendly, even helping us with the taxi driver to get 4 persons and 5 pieces of luggage into the ride! Definitely recommended - I personally find the alleys and surrounding neighborhood a good representation of real Kyoto, away from the hot tourist spots. さらに表示

Our room at the guest house was nice and spacious, and very high tech. Full basic kitchen facilities. Also quite comfortable. Having a computer in the room was also very handy (even if it was a slow connection). Had no problem with check in or check out. Be aware, while there are washers in the room, they charge 100 yen for a packet of detergent. On the other hand, the luggage storage place they recommend (which is near Kyoto station and not that close to the guest house) gives a discount to people who stay there, so we only had to pay 300 yen per bag for storage. In short, we really enjoyed our stay and just regret that we didn't have another day or two to spend in Kyoto. さらに表示

I would not recommend this place if you are travelling by yourself. The location is extremely difficult tor find even for a local taxi driver. Next time, I will rather pay more and stay at a bigger hotel. さらに表示

The good things about this guesthouse is the price is very reasonable and the staff was nice and speaks English. The problem is the guesthouse has no counter space in the washroom and it is not very comfortable for ladies. The room and shower place was spacious and clean enough. However, the location is extremely difficult to find even for the taxi drivers. There was one occasion when the taxi driver attempt to drive us off somewhere far away at night because they could not find the guesthouse. When we refused to get out of the taxi, the taxi driver reluctantly keep drive until we are closer, about a block away. Due to language barriers, the taxi drivers was unable to communicate and got so mad at us that they shouted and asked us to get out of the car. There were 5 if us and we took 2 separate taxis but both taxi drivers gave us the same horrible experience. That gave us a taste of what Japanese men are really like when they get frustrated!!! さらに表示

性價比高，以房間大小和設備絕對抵住。 地點深入民居，距離地下鐵和jr較遠，建議在京都駅前搭巴士9號或者50號，在堀川三条落車，行幾分鐘就到，沿路夜晚真的比較靜，但旅館旁有間小餐廳仍在營業。（巴士一程230 yen, 可以在京都駅買巴士的1 day pass 600 yen，搭巴士去各區景點後回旅館，比搭地鐵方便） 清潔大致良好企理，只是摺枱大概未抹乾淨。 服務很好，笑容滿滿，checkin當日我早了少少到，又凍又落雨，他們就讓我提早入去，也會關心我接下來的行程。 設施齊全，洗衣機、電腦、電視、冷暖氣、小廚房全齊，特別是洗完衫在浴室開乾燥系統，厚外套也可以一晚就全乾，但注意要自備洗衣粉，無的話可以去巴士站旁的商店街，有間佔三層的超巿購買（內裡的貨品比遊客區便宜）。 さらに表示

雖然離鬧區有些遠，但腳程好還算可以，不需要花上坐計程車的錢。 二條城和當地人的商店街就在附近，走路就可到 附近也有便利商店和便當店，住宿環境棒，類似小套房，有洗衣機、微波爐、小冰箱、流理臺和爐具， 衛浴廁所雖小，但有除濕設備(可乾燥衣服)和免治馬桶，很棒，會考慮再回住。 さらに表示
