なんとオーナーの方は外国人で、日本語が堪能とは言えません。英語がまるでわからないという人は避けた方が無難です。サービスは良いです。 さらに表示

良い点：電車一本で梅田や難波にいける。西成見学に興味があれば近い。日本の古い家って感じ、不潔ってほどではない。日本語少し話せるスタッフ・ゲストもいる。リビングにいる人は基本フレンドリー。それが嫌なら外か部屋にいれば大丈夫。チェックアウト後も荷物を押し入れで預かってもらえた。 悪い点：タオルは無料で使いたい。トイレがドミトリーの襖の奥、音が聞こえちゃう。 さらに表示

長期滞在してる人（？）のボス感がすごいのと、共有スペースにいると狭いので真横で騒いでいてうるさかった。 パイプベッドなのに床に直接ペラペラの布団が敷かれていて寝づらかったです。 一泊してすぐに出ました。 さらに表示

天王寺駅と新今宮駅の中間くらい。東横インの向かいの路地を入り2件目のお風呂屋さんを曲がったところにあります。 古い家を改築した建物でした。スタッフは外国人なので英語がまったく喋れない人はキツいと思います。飛田新地の入口がすぐでした。 さらに表示

口コミで、インターナショナルとあった通りの宿泊になりました。スタッフさんは、日本語ダメでしたが、宿泊者の方に助けられながら、楽しく過ごせました。施設までの道がとても狭くレンタカーだったので、探すのに苦労しましたが、近くに一日500円の駐車場があって助かりました。冷蔵庫台所、電子レンジなど設備は充実してるので、長期滞在にもいいと思いました。 さらに表示

I Loved this place. It is situated in an old neighbourhood of Osaka and it feels to be in ancient japanese times. There is a little park just in front of the house and a local market just few steps away. The house is a cozy traditional japanese house. The rooms are small but for us it was enough. I had such a great time at this hostel. I mean, I literally felt like home and this is exactly what You are looking for after many months on the road. The way the furniture was set, the cleanliness and the coziness of the place, the staff(David, Wolter, Anna, Adi, Lisa), I mean, everything was so great and I am very looking forward to meet all of those beautiful people again and hitting the Karaoke bar again. This place is only recommended for backpackers. For those who travel on budget. The place is quite small and the rooms are very small also. I cannot complain too much because I got this place for a very cheap price. Well you get what you pay for. Not recommended for family. Our room is quite filthy. Smelly blankets and pillows. さらに表示

People there are friendly and helpful and they give us useful information for our trips (I went to Nara. It was beautiful and refreshing and beyond my planned destination). I haven't expected that we have good services for such a low price! I was at the guesthouse at the peak season of flower-viewing, i.e. Sakura everywhere, and I paid not much for my accommodation. It was happy and safe- I left some trivial belongings unattended at the house carelessly and they were all found when I was back. This was a bonus for me, to have a trustworthy and relaxing environment. You would love to talk with the people there. さらに表示

Super clean, small japanese style place, comfy and well organized. Location is great, in a small japanese street between 2 subway station (incl 1 JR), very convenient. Big mall and lots of shops/restaurants around. Staff and guests super nice. You will have good talks and make friends for sure !! I booked 2 nights but I stayed 10 days haha. Couldn't leave. Only point of attention, the dryer is not working great. I had to use it twice and yet my clothes weren't dry still. Use the laundry next door as David (the manager) would recommend you. さらに表示

Clean, cozy and warm traditional Japanese house with full equipped kitchen and living room. The staffs are mostly helpers from other countries, that makes the hostel very international. You don't have to worry about not speaking Japanese, although there are alway some Japanese guests stay in the house, so you also get many chance practice your Japanese if you want. If you like to make new friends and share stores or experience, this is a wonderful place for you. Besides, it's located near by JR and subway station, yet it's quiet. さらに表示

Location was way better than expected. Pretty close to spots like Shinsekai, Denden Town, and Dotombori and Americamura. Staff were all way too nice and accommodating! Guests were pretty cool to hang out as well! Would definitely recommend to my friends and stay here again if I do have a chance to come back to Osaka in the future. さらに表示

I booked Peace Abeno Hotel for four person for one day. We suppose to check in April 28 check out 29. When we arrived at their place the staff told us that they already fully booked and no place for us. So disgusting and disrespectful host. They should email us for the situation or they should not took our payment and tell their costumer that they are sold out. And the worse things happened is the hotel that they provide us is so horrible. The room is so dirty, toilet is smell so bad. さらに表示

the place is so clean and the staff are friendly and approachable.. they are willing to help the guest on their inquiries and suggest better options if there are any.. the place has also complete amenities, but the bathroom/comfort room is shared.. overall, it's a great place to stay for budget travellers =D さらに表示

非常に満足
I stayed in this guesthouse two nights. I had a really nice experience here, overall. The staff were warm and welcoming and the whole guesthouse had the same atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you can sit down in the common area and have a conversation with anyone around. With that said, there were two things I think are worth mentioning that did not spoil my experience but maybe could be approved upon. The first was the overall temperature of the guesthouse. It was freezing, especially at night. My top bunk was next to the window and I’m sure there’s no insulation there because the cold comes right through. Secondly, the smell of my particular room was the essence of a high school boy’s locker room. I walked into other rooms to see if it carried the same stench and they did not. Therefore it was the specific guys that were in my room. However, I think the guesthouse could do to post signs that explain and encourage how to keep a sanitary environment (as I have seen is customary in japan). For instance, one of the cupboards used to store baggage was filled with one guy’s clothes (both clean and dirty I presume from the smell). This could be helped with more attention to upkeep, I believe. Still I appreciated my experience with this guesthouse. さらに表示
