We were here to ski and the hotel was perfect for that. It is just a touch (1.2km) out of town. So if you're not partial to a little walking it might not be best for you. However, I thought it was a perfectly fine accommodation! It's not the hilton, but go stay there if you want that kind of experience. If you want a relatively authentic, comfortable, and affordable stay in Niseko. This is your spot. The family that runs it are just wonderful and will help you as much as possible. I liked my stay here, the staff/ owners were so friendly. Showers were clean and big. Bed was comfy and had Good sleeps. My room had 2 beds though and I was solo, so I was able to put my stuff on the other bed. But had a had a friend, the room would had been tight with our stuff. I was able to do Laundry for free but the dryer cost 200yen for and hour and after 2 hours my stuff still wasn't dry. But other than the dryer it was a great place. さらに表示

Very small room, no closet, no place for luggage and etc. Breakfast was OK, not many choices though. The owner provides free shuttle service to ski area, which is convenient. さらに表示

The host there is very nice, he can speak with English and is willing to introduce restaurant or skiing place. The breakfast is quite good. The rooms are tidy but do have little rooms for improvement. Overall, it was a good experience to visit Pension Alice. さらに表示

Our stay at the pension Alice was very nice, the hosts are really friendly and helpful in every way. The rooms are fairly big compared to other places I've stayed in japan before. And having free high speed internet always helps. There food was superb too. The hotel wasn't in the main area of the village but they run their own shuttle service to and from the main village, but it wasn't too far to walk either if ever the shuttle wasn't around, I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a nice quiet place to stay in niseko. さらに表示

The owner of the Pension Alice is really friendly with great hospitality! Japanese is tidy and clean. Need to take note when going to the accommodation because the public transportation of Niseko is not very convenient. Credit for the shuttle going to down town and ski location. さらに表示

Although it's not located at the center hirafu area, shuttle bus is scheduled to achieve maximum convenience. Shared bath is not a problem as well, and DIY laundry is free. Most of all, the host of this pension is more than enthusiastic to help you feel like home! さらに表示

This is a small pension a short shuttle ride (provided, or 15 min walk) from the skifield. The family were lovely, and were very accommodating to my vegan diet for breakfast. They spoke some English and made an effort to make sure I understood everything and felt at home there, which I certainly did. However, since I think I'm the first reviewer in English, it's important to emphasise the name: it's a pension, not a hotel, so rooms are tiny (barely large enough for two single beds and suitcases), there are shared bathrooms (BYO towel). For that, it's much cheaper than a hotel, more traditionally Japanese, and was everything I needed to enjoy Niseko slopes. One downside was that, like most Japanese homes, heating was by Kerosene burner, which isn't safe to leave on at night, but this wasn't a big problem. I would recommend Pension Alice for a ski trip to Niseko. さらに表示

我們在這入住兩晚，浴廁雖為公用，但民宿主人環境清潔維護得相當好。雖然英文溝通不是非常非常流暢，但基本的溝通完全沒有問題。尤其民宿主人ㄧ家都非常親切，讓我甚至想多學一些日文跟他們聊天。由於我吃奶蛋素，主人也很貼心幫我準備奶蛋素的早餐，在日本人普遍不了解素食主義的文化背景下，令我相當開心。 さらに表示
