ひらふスキー場まで徒歩数分以内に行ける好ロケーション。隣にはほぼスーパーのドラッグストアがある。完璧な立地。 設備はやや古いが申し分ない。その分サービスが慣れていてしっかりしている。ペンション内は掃除が行き届いていて非常に綺麗で驚いた。スタッフの方も英語でしっかり対応されていた。 価格は非常にリーズナブル。現在のニセコはどこもバブル気味だがベルグさんは良心的な価格を維持している。 さらに表示

We stayed here for our skiing holiday. We have no complaints whatsoever! The rooms (we stayed in the Western style) were heated, clean and spacious. Although, there were no wardrobes we did not find this a problem as there were rails to hang wetish clothes up from a day of skiing and were perfectly dry by the following morning. They were pretty soundproof as well - didn't really hear the neighbours. The toilets and shower are all shared. The only thing I felt a bit wierd was sharing a shower but in the end I never had to - it seemed as though people just waited for the room to be free. Nice to get out of the shower and change in a warm room. A lovely onsen in the shower room as well but I couldn't get in as it was too hot! My husband discovered the cold tap and said it was nice and relaxing. The breakfasts were fabulous. Just what we needed for a day on the slopes. Something different every day and very tasty. Miwa was very accommodating and nothing was too much of a problem. The ski hire that she recommends to guests was a lot cheaper than any of the hire shops and although there isn't a shop the company brings a range of boots and ski's to try on. I had to change boots after 1.5 days as they were a bit tight and the company came out at lunch and were there within 30mins of Miwa getting in touch with them. Would recommend them. The location of the hostel was great. Either a 10min walk up the hill to the Dot Center ski lifts or directly opposite the hotel (which we didn't realise until the 2nd day) is a free shuttle bus (on opposite side of road to the hostel) which runs to the gondala. There isn't a bus stop sign but the grey bus will stop if you are standing there. We were a bit skeptical of staying in a hostel as it has been a while but would highly recommend this to other travellers and would stay again if visiting Niseko. さらに表示

Stayed with my 12yo son, loved our time here. The rooms were quite large, lovely onsen baths (m/f separate) which is shared but I never had to. The owners were so lovely and so helpful. This is not a party place but close to many bars, our stay was lovely and peaceful. So close to restaurants, great ramen right next door, rental shops and snow schools everywhere. Literally 200m from Hirafu main lifts and family area across the road. Our room had a beautiful view to Mt Yotei. Highly recommend this place to anyone. さらに表示

True there are many rules to abide when staying at Pension Berg. For e.g., shoes need to be removed once inside. But, everything else about the stay was incredible!! From the amazing view of Mount Yotei from the dining room during breakfast to the EXCELLENT service provided by Miwa and her staff on numerous occasions. The location is great, it is just 5 minutes walk from Hirafu welcome center (where most buses stop). It is within walking distance to the Hirafu gondola but the shuttle buses run every 5-10 minutes and is only a 3 minute ride to the gondola so make use of the shuttle bus. Staff is generally helpful. Breakfast is excellent! The only limitation is bathroom facilities as there are only two showers for ladies so wait is expected. Otherwise the place is very convenient for skiers. さらに表示
