This is a great option for your stay on Yakushima. The Pension is super well maintained and confortable and the the available food options are very good. The owners are also extremely helpful and super knowledgeable of what to do on the island. We had a great stay! さらに表示

We stayed at Pension Blue Drop for 3 nights during our trip to Yakushima and was very happy that we chose here. Our host, Yuki, was very gracious even prior to arriving and provided us with information well in advance to help plan our trip. Yuki helped us book a car, which was ready upon our arrival at the port even though our plans had changed last minute and we arrived at a different port three hours sooner than expected. The facility itself is modest but very clean. Our room comfortably held two travelers and our luggage without issue. There is a traditional japanese bath/shower combination that is shared between the three guest rooms. One thing to note is that Pension is located about 40 minutes from Anbo port and 1 hr away from Miyanoura port, which makes travel town a bit inconvenient. We opted for Yuki’s dinner and breakfast and thought it was very delicious and reasonably priced. During our stay we even met two travelers who have stayed with Yuki on 3 different occasions! さらに表示

Blue Drop is a very clean house and the host, Yuki, is very welcoming, friendly and she helped us a lot. She responses email very quickly and helped us to book the toppy and car rental. She helped us to check the toppy schedule and re-book it due to the typhoon. Besides, Yuki speaks very good English and we communicate very well. If I have chance to visit Yakushima again, I will come back Blue Drop. さらに表示

If you're going to Yakushima, you have to stay in Blue Drop! Yuki and her husband are the sweetest people. The home made dinner is amazing and the place is very well situated. Yuki can book for you a car and the ferry! さらに表示

Yuki has been the best host so far amongst all our trips! Glad to be the first travellers from Macau too. With as little as 0 concept about Yakushima, her help and offers via email on everything that you need to know to tour, arrive, to rent car or not etc. It made everything so much easier for us. Her utmost warm help is very much appreciated in every way! Now we are back with growing knowledge of wonderful Yakushima. Should you need to escape from the city, a stay that feels like home, and a big sister that helps you with everything, esp fulfilling your every dietary needs/wishes, Yuki is your best choice in Yakushima! We do have good sleep every night becos it is so so quiet, only the nature surrounds you - sth that is too rare nowadays for us who live in the unescapable city. Thanks Yuki! Our stay at Blue Drop was amazing. Yuki, the owner, really helped us with a lot of things even before we arrived: booking the ferry from Kagoshima to Yakushima, booking a rental car on Yakushima, she even advised on hiking trails and other things to see! During our stay, she and her husband were really attentive to our needs and wishes in a very personalised way. The food that Yuki cooks is delicious, and her take-out lunch packs are just what you need when you're on the hiking trail. The pension itself is located just off the main road around the island and very well maintained. Everything is spotless! I have no reservations recommending Blue Drop. If we're going to visit Yakushima again, we will make sure to stay at Blue Drop again. さらに表示
