Location is near to the United Shuttle Bus services and it takes around 30mins to reach Hirafu Welcome Center. There is nothing around but inside the pension there is everything you need. They will give us a free pick up and send off so you don’t have to worry about how to reach their from Niseko station. I really enjoy staying there. さらに表示

The hotel is new and very clean. Very comfortable and relaxing ambience.
Great view of the Yotei mountain and Annupuri Ski Mountain.
Preferably you need a car as location is slightly isolated and public transport available but could be limited.
The staff are very friendly, very polite and excellent service. Very friendly English speaking Manager. Excellent update of your check-in and requirements in English through e-mail.
Free coffee, soft drinks, ginger ales etc 24 hours at the reception café. Braekfast was adequately good.
Pleasantly surprised by Pick-up service from JR Niseko Station to Pensione Uno, and then also from Pensione Uno to JR Niseko Station. Even transport was provided from hotel to Niseko Village for dinner. Thank you very much. We enjoyed a very pleasant and quiet stay.

It was really an amazing travel. I only have two days to book flight and hotel when I got my total one week vacation. There is no any information and I never been Niseko, so I just find this hotel close to Annupuri ski area. Hotel extremely new and clean, they wait me when I arrive very late 10PM and help me everything. Free drinks, coffee, good room air condition, of course a very delicious Japanese style breakfast. Bus station Fujiyama just one minute by walk, I can take bus to any ski area and hot springs resort. Everyone in this total is very kind and they all can speak English. I finally stay this hotel 6 nights and appreciate they send me to Niseko station in final day morning to take train to Sapporo.
It’s definitely a hotel over your expectations, don’t hesitate to make your reservations. I will absolutely come again for winter ski season. さらに表示

The staffs here are really attentive and go beyond the way to ensure that you are comfortable, safe and convenient.
The hotel has a good mix of privacy and community. You have your own room for two with comfy beds and great view (free netflix is a plus!). Wholesome breakfast is provided with free refreshment round the clock.
The hotel is 2 km proximity to Annupuri resort.
